Dear Attorney General/Alien Property Custodian - Eric H. Holder, Jr.,

It is presumed by the United States, and many other persons worldwide, that a covenant or oath exists between
myself and a place often referred to as a “Nation under God” - 4 USC § 4 - when, in truth, I am a stranger to such a
place - for I have no religious, political, or financial conviction(s), do not knowingly belong to any party, union,
particular church, sect, or denomination, or promise, pledge, or volunteer my life to the “New Testament” or trust of
a lord and savior or any other absurd conception. In truth, I reserve all promises, pledges, and voluntary acts for
my true blood-lineage and household - with no exceptions.

The “Nation under God” to which I specifically refer is a marked territory within the State/District of Columbia
wherein each “entitled” individual conceived is characterized, recognized, or called by His fictitious “given or
baptismal name, usually assumed at birth, and a surname deriving from the common name of the parents” - Black’s
Law 5th Edition. All such “branded” persons are deemed “children of God” - subject to special law - with the
State/District of Columbia acting as “Father” according to the doctrine of parens patriæ. Those who openly stand
united within this faith-based alien nation have a heavy “cross to bear” as “his brother’s keeper” for they are
considered members of a spiritual or military Order undertaking a lifetime of personal service and sacrifice for the
common good, national security, and general welfare of all those belonging to this historical kingdom. In truth, I
have never knowingly consented to such a character or assumed, acknowledged, or claimed the misnomer, title, or
“brand” - Kurtis Richard Kallenbach, or any derivation thereof - as my true name, property, share, or responsibility
and forever take exception or object to any information misleading a person to presume otherwise.

As you can clearly see, Mr. Holder, such a libellus presumption by the United States, or any person for that matter,
places my true blood-lineage and household at the mercy of particular religious, political, or financial forces
repugnant to peaceful coexistence, personal responsibility, self-preservation, and Laws of Nature. In truth, no
man, father, or husband would ever stake his life upon any such absurd conception for he becomes nothing more
than a “sacrificial lamb” at the beck and call of some foreign entity conducting personal business beyond his own
best interest. In truth, I have never held any such self-destructive beliefs and only by fraud, artifice, or trick, could
such a deceptive and damaging conviction ever be proclaimed.

According to the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise
thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

These same words also mean that all men are considered FREE FROM RELIGION or RELIGIOUS ENTERPRISE -
which is my true stand - for as I stated earlier, Mr. Holder, “(I)n truth, I am a stranger to such a place - for I have
no religious, political, or financial conviction(s), do not knowingly belong to any party, union, particular church,
sect, or denomination, or promise, pledge, or volunteer my life to the “New Testament” or trust of a lord and savior
or any other absurd conception.”

Interestingly, every year on July 4th many faithful Americans celebrate what they believe to be their country’s
Independence Day. I consider such conduct to be insane since those pledging their allegiance, by their own
admissions, have descended into a “Hell” of debtor’s prison; acted as agent(s) for an “uncharted” Crown colony; or
elected to join a communist society and welfare state. In truth, such persons do not qualify as independent people.

The American Heritage Dictionary defines “independent” as follows:

Independent. adj. 1. Not governed by a foreign power. 2. Free from the influence, guidance, or
control of others; self-reliant. 3. Not contingent. 4. Not committed to any one political party. 5a.
Financially self-sufficient. b. Providing or having sufficient income to enable one to live without
working.

Black’s Law Dictionary 5th Edition defines “independence” and “independent” as follows:

Independence. The state or condition of being free from dependence, subjection, or control.
Political independence is the attribute of a nation or state which is entirely autonomous, and not
subject to the government, control, or dictation of any exterior power.

Independent. Not dependent; not subject to control, restriction, modification, or limitation from a
given outside source.
The Declaration of Independence is very clear in that “Governments are instituted among Men,
deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

Black’s Law Dictionary 5th Edition defines “consent” as follows:

Consent. A concurrence of wills. Voluntarily yielding the will to the proposition of another;
acquiescence or compliance therewith. Agreement; the act or result of coming into harmony or
accord. Consent is an act of reason, accompanied with deliberation, the mind weighing as in
balance the good or evil on each side. It means voluntary agreement by a person in the
possession and exercise of sufficient mental capacity to make intelligent choice to do something
proposed by another. It supposes a physical power to act, a moral power of acting, and a serious,
determined, and free use of these powers. Consent is implied in every agreement. It is an act
unclouded by fraud, duress, or sometimes mistake.

By definition then, Mr. Holder, consent is not possible without “a concurrence of wills” which is impossible without
true intent or full-disclosure, meaning, very few people in “America” have ever truly understood the information
constituting their personal bondage to a “public” debt or that they have mistakenly assumed hypothecated literary
property - a title - as their true name or that they have unknowingly accepted an official position within an
organization where private statute, uniform code(s), and ecclesiastical law - is the rule of the day. A government
based upon such monstrous deception does not have the “consent of the governed” and the place referred to as a
“Nation under God” - 4 USC § 4 - is such a government.

Sadly, it has become increasingly obvious that I have failed to conclusively distinguish my house and blood-lineage
from the house and “family” of the “Nation under God.” For such extreme inadvertence, I do apologize. To be
considered lawfully beyond the legal forum of such place it requires a distinctive means of safe passage or travel as
well as an alternative to the special passport carried by its convicted inmates. You shall now provide me and my
house with all the necessary means of distinguishment from such persons (see attached). As for the license to drive,
you and I both know such a device is only required for individuals acting as “common carriers” or “undertakers”
claiming the mark. For the third time, Mr. Holder, “(I)n truth, I am a stranger to such a place - for I have no
religious, political, or financial conviction(s), do not knowingly belong to any party, union, particular church, sect,
or denomination, or promise, pledge, or volunteer my life to the “New Testament” or trust of a lord and savior or
any other absurd conception.” Can I make my stand any clearer?

Additionally, since I do not “claim or consent to any religious, political, or financial fiction” or “promise, pledge or
volunteer beyond my true blood,” all of my goods or services mistakenly commingled, confused, or merged with
those of any party, union, or particular church, sect, or denomination, must be separated and returned to me
directly, for although it is in my nature to forgive all debts and mistakes, it is not my will to be in league with those
who hold others in slavery or personal bondage for their own beliefs or benefit. I have included a copy of my true
Will and Testament to verify my actual stand on these particular issues.

From this day forward anything contrary to these written words shall be considered corrupt, fraudulent, seditious
in nature, and obtained under duress or coercion. Any future action involving any collusive charade resulting in
legal action against me, my house, or heritage, will be considered either an actionable fraud or case of involuntary
servitude, peonage, or slavery - subject to maximum punitive damages and full force of the law.

In my final determination, Mr. Holder, I find that until my property is clearly distinguished from that which carries
the denominational mark, my entire existence is in imminent peril and danger at the hands and absolute discretion
of the members, management, and owner(s) of an alien “nation” or “state of grace” often referred to as a “Nation
under God.” As the “Attorney General” and “Alien Property Custodian” of the United States enterprise, it is entirely
within the power of your office to both distinguish the issues and extinguish the confusion of personal property that
currently encumbers my life. I, Kurtis, son of Richard of the house of Kallenbach, now order you to… make it so.

Responses to this communication must be in writing, sent by private courier, and received by me at the “temporary
pickup location” within 10 days of delivery or the words stand true as written. I will accept your silence as assent.
