Dear Sir:

Greetings!

The Samahan ng mga Detinado ng Tarlac Provincial Jail (SDTPJ) is requesting

for the approval of CONJUGAL VISITATION i.e. overnight stay of female visitors of
male inmates every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. However, only those visitors who
are legal partners with male inmates are allowed to stay overnight i.e. those who
submitted Barangay Certificates of Living-In and Marriage Contract.

Furthermore, female inmates are also requested to have conjugal visitation to

their male inmate partners who are live-in or married every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the
month.

SUBJECT : Request for Medical Officers for Medical Mission

DATE : November 24, 2016

1. Reference: Weekly medical check-up of inmates by Dr Raymund Talon of

Talon General Hospital on November 14 and 21, 2016.

2. Some inmates are suffering from illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension,

bleeding disorder, cough and colds, and uterine problems.

3. In view of the foregoing, may we request for medical doctors particularly OB-
Gynecologist and internal medicine doctors preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays as scheduled non-visiting days at Tarlac Provincial Jail.
