1. A one month old infant presented with shortness of breath, lethargy, and mild fever. On examination, the infant had wheezing, tachycardia, and low oxygen saturation.
2. Chest x-ray showed bronchitis. The infant was treated with nebulized saline, mukolytics, steroids, antibiotics, and fever medication.
