 Materials Required
Scissors
Cello tape

Paper glue

STEP 1 - Cut along the solid lines

with a scissors
Cut the template out, following the
solid lines with thescissors.
Be careful

STEP 2 - Fold along the dotted lines

Using a straight edge of a ruler or by scoring along the
dotted line can make the paper easier to fold All Rights Reserved.

Step 3 Glue
STEP 3 - Glue the tabs to the edges with
the same number
The tabs are grey. Using cello tape to hold the
tabs in place while the glue sets works well. When glueing
two parts together, pinch that area for about 10 seconds.
