Some fixed rules !!!!

1. All presentations for meetings (real or virtual) will be uploaded to Tumblr before the meeting. Any other
material won’t be used/discussed during the collective meeting (this rule tries to empower an organized use
of our connecting tool). The specific tag for meetings: Last name + date of the presentation/meeting
(with the format YY/MM/DD) example: tato100917

2. Logbook work (text, video, photo,…) must be done continuously (every meeting, every week). Every
meeting we’ll find a moment to discuss about it.

Program for this week: BRAINSTORMING AND INTERACTION

This week we’ll have a different virtual connection (let’s try different dynamics to keep tension alive!): All of you will
prepare a presentation (text+video+photo+audio+creativity!…) that will be uploaded to Tumblr before the end of
Friday (important! : Every presentation inside only one Post if possible).
(Post Title: PRESENTATION + SURNAME + DATE YY/MM/DD. Example: PRESENTATION VALLEJO 100922)

You will have a feedback from us before the end of the weekend.

1. BRAINSTORMING
The most important: To start working as a network of people, you have to leave a comment (before the end of
the weekend) on everyone else’s work (your comments are supposed to be kind of brainstorming to empower
everyone else’s work).

2. INTERACTION
We want to encourage you to get your projects closer in space so that you share efforts while keeping every projects’
singularity (this doesn’t mean you have to change your own approach; it is a way to create synergies between all of
you).
For instance, if somebody gets in touch with a neighbourhood association or representative, and finds out they have an interesting or surprising
work, point of view, etc..should share this information with those who, for the nature of their project, could also be interested in meeting these
people, or working with their desires, or choose their neighbourhood to test the project, or…
Let’s optimize our resources and knowledge!!

Next Thursday between 2 and 6 pm you should have a discussion session to start up with theses synergies/link
possibilities. The most links created the most powerful and strong the outcome of the term will be.

We have created a google docs spreadsheet (USDNET BRAINSTORM+INTERACTION) and we are sharing it with
everyone (you will have an email to share the document at the same time you receive this document). Here you have
to:
- write the comments on your classmates’ work
- read our feedback
- show the real links/networks between all of you.

NOTE: THIS SPREDSHEET HAS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEKEND.

Program for week 27sept. – 1 oct.

Week 27sept. – 1 oct. there will be a physical meeting with Belinda at GSD

Due to a general strike in Spain during next week Belinda had to reschedule her flight. So you will be having a
collective regular session on Thursday (from 2 to 6pm) and individual sessions will be held on Wednesday afternoon
(2 to 6) and Thursday morning from 10.00.
Please check this with Kai and provide us a list with the schedule for everyone (30 minutes each). If anybody has got
a problem with this please let us know.
