THIS IS THE PLACE

HERITAGE PARK

The year is almost coming to an end, and to finish off the school year we have one last field
trip! We are going to go to “This is the Place, Heritage Park” in Salt Lake City on Monday,
May 21st. (This is right next to Hogle Zoo). Our time slot starts at 10:00. We would like to
leave at 8:30 AT THE LATEST. We ask that everyone is here at 8:15 so we can be driving out
of the parking lot at 8:30.
For this event we need drivers for all of the students to drive them there and back.

Times are as follows:

8:15-Be at school
8:30-Leave Reagan Academy
10:00-Arrive at “This is the Place”
10:00-12:30-Train Ride, Picnic and Activities @ the Park
1:15-Leave “This is the Place” **
2:30- Arrive at Reagan Academy

**Park operators have requested that school groups DO NOT go into the Gift Shop because
they are unable to accommodate large student groups as well as the public.

We need to know ASAP how many students will be here for the field trip and how many drivers we have. We
pay for the tickets this Friday, so we have to know who will be coming and if we do not have enough drivers we
will have to cancel the field trip.
