INTRODUCTION
The growing trend for the consumption of healthy and antioxidant-rich products
that improve the quality of life make aguaymanto a very valuable fruit, both for
fresh consumption and for processing. The aguaymanto or golden berry is
considered a "super fruit" and is being demanded by new markets and new
consumers around the world.
In the United States aguaymanto has great potential, because the preference of
its consumers is to eat healthily, which is directly related to the characteristics of
this fruit. These attributes are encouraging the consumption of aguaymanto in the
United States, Europe and Asia. Peru has been exporting fresh aguaymanto,
dehydrated aguaymanto, dehydrated organic aguaymanto, organic aguaymanto
pulp, aguaymanto covered with chocolate, organic aguaymanto jam, among
other presentations. And the main export destinations are the Netherlands,
Germany, the United States and Canada. The following are France, Japan, South
Korea, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Chile, among others.
When analyzing the international scope, this food sector has been showing great
dynamism. The target market to which the project is directed is Miami. We chose
the United States for providing a profitable sale price to the exporter and because
of the trend of its consumers.
Regarding the competitive advantage that is proposed for the project, we propose
to execute a differentiation strategy, working on the packaging of our product,
making it attractive, practical at the time of eating and easy to carry.

According to the data provided by the SUNAT website, recent years average
price for both countries is $12.09. However, according to the graph we see that
the value that is closest to 1 and therefore gives us more reliability of the trend
line is R-square: 0.5827.
Then the average price of dehydrated golden berry for export oscillates between
11 and 13 dollars per kilo and organic between 12.5 and 14 dollars.

We can see that the demand trend of the United States is higher than
Netherlands, we also identify that from 2015 to 2016 imports of golden berry in
FOB value have increased almost 30%.

Sales proyection
In the sales projections, we also identify a slightly more upward curve for the
United States, indicating that exports are foreseen for 2021 in FOB value that
would be very close to one million six hundred thousand dollars.

We search for clients in SUNAT using the method learned in class. And the
following are some of the potential clients that we identified:
Is a company that works with suppliers in South America through fair trade. It
generally offers "super foods" and "super fruits" dehydrated and powdered.
