About Us
StructBuild Construction is a private limited liability company incorporated in May 2017 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to
undertake building and construction services. We have between us over 35 years’ experience in civil engineering and construction,
commercial real estate development, facility management and EPC projects.

Maknun Alli-Oluwafuyi
Chief Executive Officer
Maknun is a professional civil engineer registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has a decade
experience covering large infrastructural projects, oil and gas installations, geotechnical engineering, and EPC projects. He is also a trained
financial analyst and has attended several engineering and finance courses. He is experienced in project finance, real estate investment,
project management and contract administration. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a PMP credential holder.

Isiaka Tunde Alabi

Civil Engineer/Project Manager
Tunde is a professional civil engineer registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). His experience covers
the design, construction and management of geotechnical, telecoms and highway projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil
Engineering from the University of Ilorin.

Olayinka Kasumu
Architect/Project Manager
Yinka is a professional architect with over 15 years’ experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Covenant University,
Ota, Ogun State and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Lagos. His expertise spans multi-residential development,
commercial and retail development, interior decoration and monuments. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects.

Abdul-Raheem Alli-Oluwafuyi
Chief Financial Officer
Abdul-Raheem Alli-Oluwafuyi is a Chartered Accountant with a decade experience in Audit, FMCG, Energy, Construction, Investment and
Trade. He is experienced in Financial Management, Audit, Tax and Internal Control. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria.
