1. Relative to Region Memorandum CLMD No.44 , series 2018 dated May 2, 2078 re:
Regional Mass Training of Teachers (MTOT) On K To 10 Critical Content in
Filipino, English, Mathematics, Science, and MAPEH , this Office hereby informs the
field of the conduct of the training on the dates and venues indicated below:

2. Relative to this, all secondary schools and districts are requested to send their list of
participants for each learning area and grade level as per allotted number of participants
indicated in enclosure 1 and submit to the Education Program Supervisors In-charge in
every learning area on or before May 9,2018 using the template below:

Participants are requested to observe the following:

a) Attend the Opening and Closing Programs. Those who fail to attend the Opening
Program shall no longer be accepted for the training.
b) Take note of check-in and check-out, first meal and last meal schedules:

c) Present their authority to travel signed by the Schools Division Superintendent or

Assistant Schools Division Superintendent. Those who are not iu tlte conflrmecl list of
participants shall only be accommodated if-endorsed by the Schools Division
Superintendent or Assistant Schools Division Superintendent.
d) Bring to the activity their own laptops and hard and electronic copies of the
Culriculum Guides.
e) Attend all sessions on tirne. Early leavers and participants who fail to subr-nit the
training outputs shall only be given Certif-rcate of Appearance.
t) Come in proper attire and observe proper decorum thror"rghout the duratior-r of the
training.

4. Food, accor-nrnodation and training resource materials sl-ral1 be c1-iargecl to Dorvnloaded

Fund OSEC-12-18-2513. while travelling expenses are chargeable against local fiurcis
subjects to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regr-rlations.
