Generator Set Terms & Conditions

Note: Please read and understand carefully. Acceptance of any order from the Buyer is conditional on Buyer’s acceptance of terms and
conditions contained herein, on any pages in this quotation or in the Seller’s acknowledgment of Buyer’s order, if any. No other terms and
conditions shall apply unless expressly accepted by our company in writing, or agreed upon prior to the orders of confirmation.

PRICE Price quoted above is only for items indicated. Other items such as Extended Warranty, Preventive Maintenance
Service and others which is not stated in this quotation IS NOT EXCLUDED. Price in this quotation is valid for 30
days only.

WARRANTY It is Buyer’s responsibility to check the unit/s purchased before dispatch from Dunamis Power Generator
Showroom. DPG will NOT ALLOW REPLACEMENT FOR UNITS WITH DEFECT, UNLESS OTHERWISE
UNIT IS IRREPARABLE (Factory’s fault). Products sold by the Seller area warranted as provided in Seller’s
applicable Certificate of Warranty in effect on the date of delivery and available upon request for a period of (12)
twelve months or 1000 running hours from delivery by the Seller, whichever is sooner. A detailed list of the
Seller’s and Buyer’s responsibilities is stated in the Certificate of Warranty, as well as, its limitations.
For outside Metro Manila services, technician’s transportation and accommodation, plus the “Outside Metro
Manila Fee” of Php600/day shall be at customer’s expense.

PAYMENT 50% Down Payment and full payment before dispatch. Customer agrees that the items/units herein quoted
remain to be property of Dunamis Power until Full payent is made. Please make your checks/deposits payable

AVAILABILITY As of now unit is ON STOCK PRIOR TO SALE. Otherwise, standard order process may take 45-60 working
days (Mon-Fri) upon receipt of down payment, barring any legal/shipment problems.

All units are assembled from the factory outside the country. To secure high quality units, Dunamis observes
plant protocol; please bear with us for days of product availability. Rest assured you will get what you paid for: a
Genuine, reliable and first –class unit that suits your needs.

Reservation will be considered upon receipt of 50% down payment with signed Dunamis sales order form. We
reserve the right to deem the order/reservation cancelled if full payment is not received within 30 days from
notice of availability. In case f cancellation of order/reservation other than ours, payments will be refunded less
all applicable charges, including but not limited to the cancellation charge which is equivalent to 15% of the total
contract price.

DELIVERY (Delivery schedule is subject to the availability of DPG’s boom truck. Delivery to _________________ shall incur
charges (Php_________________________). For any additional scope of work for positioning & hauling, a site
inspection may be necessary to compute for any additional charges.

Delivery of products under an order accepted by the Seller shall be subject to the approval by the Seller of
Buyer’s financial condition at the time of delivery. Whether or not credit terms are specified elsewhere, Seller
may, at its option, condition delivery under any order accepted by Seller upon receipt of satisfactory security or
of cash before the delivery. Seller shall deliver the items 1-14 days or as per buyer’s requested date from
receipt of full payment. If at Buyer’s request, delivery of products on an order accepted by the Seller is delayed
beyond the date products are ready for delivery, the Seller may require immediate payment in full and/or assess
additional charges for storage and other expenses incident to such delay.

INSTALLATION Installation cost is excluded from quoted generator unit price. Imperative details & materials must be considered
prior to computation of installation cost. (Pls. provide details, measurement and picture of the site for the
installation cost request/quotation)

TESTING & For request for testing and commissioning at your site, transportation and accommodation and testing FUEL
COMMISIONING shall be at Buyer’s expense. For outside Metro Manila services, an additional “Outside Metro Manila Fee” of
500php/day shall be charged.

Testing & Commissioning is free of charge provided that on the agreed date, Client/Buyer had already
accomplished the following, otherwise, schedule shall be considered CANCELLED and subject for RE-
SCHEDULE. RE-SCHEDULED Testing and commissioning shall have a minimum fee of Php 8,000.00 (Labor)
plus all transportation, accommodation, fuel & “Outside Metro Manila Fee” (For outside Metro Manila).

 Ready fuel (FULL TANK, Fuel will be at Buyer’s expense.)

 Installed ATS with wirings and terminal lugs tapped to the generator set.
 Presence of Client’s Electrical Contractor/ Authorized representative to assist our technical team.
