The July Treasurer’s report is out and I am happy to
report our financial situation looks good. On the
income side of the ledger we are 54% of the way
through the year and our total income is 52% of budget.
This is a slight short fall of 2% which is not unusual as
we go through the summer. We usually experience a
slow down in giving during the summer as we all get
busy with our summer activities. It is important
however that we remain diligent in our giving so we do
not lose the momentum we had in the first part of the

the way through the year. This tells us that our Elders,
Deacons, and church staff are continuing to do a great
job of holding down expenses. Great job everybody.
Keep up the good work!
As we move into a new era at Pisgah our financial
position looks solid. It will be important in the coming
months that we are diligent in our giving to insure that it
remains so. Our diligence will allow us to walk
confidently into our new future with bright expectations
of what lies ahead for Pisgah.

Elements of Communion

his death, Jesus took and shared with his disciples the bread and
