Subject: Technical and Financial Proposal for Providing Bulk SMS Service

Dear Sir,
Software Solutions and Logistic Enterprise provides PUSH PULL service, SMS service and
others content to mobile operator and corporate institution. According to the client requirement
SSLE’s software engineers’ team develops the software.

This proposal is to provide Bulk SMS. It includes an Introduction of Software Solutions and
Logistic Enterprise, Corporate Information and Strengths of SSLE, Objective of the Assignment,
Features of the Module, Work Plan with Time Line & Modules, Financial Proposal, Support &
Maintenance and Terms of Payment.
We assure you the delivery of excellent service both in value and quality that we have gained
from our experience of professional works.
This proposal shall be valid for 15 days from the date of proposal. If negotiations are held during
the period of validity of the Proposal we undertake to negotiate on the basis of the proposed jobs.
Our proposal is binding upon us and subject to modification resulting from contract negotiations.

Terms and conditions:

 Price quoted is net and not deductible.
 The offer is valid till 15 days from the submission date unless Software Solutions and
Logistic Enterprise decides to change.
 VAT, Taxes & Levies will be applicable as per government rule.
 Mode of Payment: Cash/PO/DD in favor of Software Solutions and Logistic Enterprise
before delivery
 Mode of Delivery: Bulk SMS customized solution that requires some back end
configuration (i.e API based). Thus, it will take no less than 3 working days for
implementing such a customized network solution for a Business Client.
 Client cannot send any SMS that are abusive, anti-government or anti-religious believes
through this platform. Clients will be solely liable for such non-compliant SMS and If
not, customers will be held liable for this through BS agreement.
 Client cannot re-sell this SMS to other third party companies.

Additional Requirements for API Integration:

SSLE shall provide the API format, Sample API and Parameter description when the client
connects with IP.

API Password is different from Application login password. API password will be provided upon
request.

Maximum 1000 characters are allowed, but in case of Unicode/Bangla the length must be under
256 characters

To activate API facility user will have to provide valid Server IP address.

 8. Renewal & Cancelation of After Sales Service Agreement

Renewal: The Agreement renews automatically on the renewal, unless the Agreement has been
canceled through proper communication before renewable date.

Please note that lapses in Maintenance Agreements are not allowed. In the case where a
Maintenance Agreement expired, any future renewals of said agreement will begin on the day
following the original expiration date.

Cancelation of After Sales Agreement: The Agreement can be canceled at any time in writing
by e-mail, fax or letter.
