Ericsson’s BSS node

2. Scope
The document provides guidelines for improvement to reduce down time
of the nodes and to help customer for establish the maintenance routine
task.

3. Task
Routine check of BSC

3.1 Daily task

Routine daily test for checking BSC health check

3.1.1 Environment Condition

Environment condition is important for high performance operational of
AXE switch (MSC/VLR – HLR – GMSC base platform), in this way, switch
room should check every day and it must be clean, moisture proof, keep
away from unrelated person for unnecessarily entrance. Switch room
temperature should be 18 - 22 centigrade and humidity should be less
than 60%. Temperature room will be registered every day by O&M
engineer.
