taking organic and fresh picked vegetables and fruit so that they can meet

the enough essential nutrient needed by the human body. And also for the

The company will be owned and operated by Mr. John Rey R.

Ontong. The name of the store came from the first letters of the name John

Rey. The store will be located at Gaisano mall, Nvm, and at Sait campus.

The main goal of the company is to minimize malnutrition, to provide

a healthy quality drink, and also to accommodate the thirst of every

customer.

The Jr`s fresh carrot shake goals are:

1. to bring happiness to the people`s satisfaction

2. To provide a refreshment to ease their stress and at the same feel relax

thru drinking the shake.

The company will provide delicious, healthy, clean and quality

shakes. The variety of shakes comes with different flavors. The owner will be

purchasing the goods from a trusted supplier who plants organically and

that could not harm any consumer.

Benefits

Carrot shake is a healthy drink that contains: Carotenoids,

polyphenols and vitamins present in carrot act as antioxidants, anti-

carcinogens, and immune-enhancers. Carotenoids widely distributed in

orange carrots are potent anti-oxidants that can neutralize the effect of

free radicals. Flavonoids and phenolic derivate that is present in carrot roots

play also an important role as an important role as antioxidants. It was

observed that carrot juice extract possessed the ability to induce apoptosis

and cays cell cycle arrest in leukemia cell lines. A carotenoid with the most

provitamin A, activity in carrot helps to protect vision, especially night vision

fresh carrot shake more profitable because of its new idea to come up with

tend to buy what is new and trendy to the market and will eventually they

will try to blend in.

The city of Valencia is good place to put up the business for it has

many establishment, schools and has many potential buyers. Jr`s fresh

carrot shake offer only to quench their thirst but also to help the consumers

Competition in the market segments is usually driven by who is

offering the best quality, most interesting shakes for less. The key to success

other municipalities in the province of bukidnon instead of going to

Cagayan de oro to buy all their needs they go to Valencia to buy all their

need for it is near. Then this would be a good opportunity for the company

to introduce the shake to its potential buyers. Also there are many men

and women who attend higher education whether it is private or public

schools in Valencia City. They will find time to relax and loose the stress

before going home.

and quality guaranteed products. The shake company will stay

competitive as the months go by because the student will come back to

their respective schools soon and the company will modify the equipment’s

and machines so with the design of the cup.

Before the opening of each kiosk the owner will here 4 service crews.

The owner will make sure that he will hire the best personnel with calm

personality, good listener, can provide good customer service, polite, witty,

and most of all trustworthy. And still the owner will continue to be in charge

of the whole operation.

The owner is open to hire any person who wishes to work but of course

the owner is looking for driven and hard working person. The owner also

willing to hire students who are looking for an extra income to finance on

their studies, the owner would be glad to teach and instruct them one by
