F. Hammer Punches
1. Horizontal
1.1 Sideways

2.1 Forward.
2.2 Downwards.
2.3. Backward and up.

G. Kicks
1. Knee kick – Straight up
2. Regular Front kick.
3. Side kick.

H. Combinations of attacks (using P1 techniques)

1. Defending against downward, upward and circular knife attacks
from the front and counter attack.

J. Inside Defenses Vs. Straight Punches (at a rhythm of one and a half
Beats).
1. Inside defense & counter attack (from Semi-Passive Stance)

K. Prevention

2. Preventing attack by punching or inside defense (which option is used
will depend on the position of the attacker’s hand/s).
3. "Educational stop" (use your palm).

L. Release From Chokes - plucking type.


1. Release from Chokes from the Front

3. Release from Chokes From Behind

M. Release from Headlock.


1. Release from side Headlock.

N. Getting up from the ground


1. Forward
2. Backwards
3. Turn to sprint position.

O. Releases While On the Ground


1. Release from a choke from the side.

P. Dealing with falls


1. Forward soft break-fall to a wall

Q. Using Common Objects as Weapons for Self-Defense


1. Shield-type objects.

R. Simulation and Tactics


1. Searching and attacking 2 attacker holding a Punch pad.
2. Zombie game (2 vs. 1) using: Prevention + choke releases.
