Little boy learning to swim,

Found out that he had no fins.
He cried and he stayed
At the shallow end all day.
So sad he was, sweet little Tim.

My sweet little puppy was yapping,

Although she is usually napping.
She stared down that bunny;
Please quiet down, Sonny!
The bunny was peacefully snacking.

Only twenty six days away;

I just have to get through May.
Am I actually ready?
The excitement is steady,
Feels like I’m leaving home today.

A soft hymn of joy Sally sang,

Every time she hung out with the gang.
They got into trouble,
Their actions—never subtle.
In town always making a bang.

She wrote down her long new address;

This beautiful home was worth all her stress.
Working hard every day,
Her time ticking away;
She’s happy to finally decompress.
