Rolling Pin info

1. The smooth finish helps the pastry not to cling to the rolling pin.
2. The screw cap fits tightly so the rolling pin can be filled with iced water to keep the fat chilled
for best pastry results. Or it can be filled with warm water for yeast doughs.
3. The rolling pin is lightweight, hygienic, easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
4. The handles may be pulled off for cleaning (remove the cap first) but it is not necessary.

INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
300 g chicken strips 1. M
 arinate the chicken strips with the chopped ginger,
5 g fresh ginger soy sauce and pepper for 5 – 10 min.
25 ml soy sauce 2. Slice the fennel and carrots thinly.
250 g fennel 3. P lace carrots and fennel with 25 ml water in the Micro
150 g carrot Healthy Delight. Cover and microwave at 600 watts for

1 tbsp sesame seeds 4. S eason with salt and pepper, stir and place the

ingredients, make sure to place
the separator insert on the base
with the two small handles side
up.

Step 2: Before closing the cover,

750 ml maize
7 ml salt
500 ml cold water
1.25 L boiling water
PREPARATION
1. C
 ombine the maize meal and salt
with 500 ml cold water in the
Microwave Rice Maker Large bowl
and mix.
2. Add 1 L boiling water to the mixture
and stir.
3. C over with Microwave Rice Maker
Large inner and outer cover and
push down securely.
4. P lace in the microwave and cook on
high for 10 minutes. (Cooking time
may vary as per your microwave’s
power.)
5. R emove from microwave and stir the
mixture to break it up.
6. A dd 250 ml boiling water and stir,
place in the microwave on high for
another 10 minutes. (Add less water
for a stiffer texture.)
7. Remove from microwave.
8. Dish into serving dish.

INGREDIENTS
300 ml rice
500 cold water
PREPARATION
1. Place rice into the Microwave Rice
Maker Large bowl.
2. Add cold water up to the MAX mark
indicated on the bowl (Do not add
water above the MAX mark).
3. P lace inner cover on the bowl with
the 2 tabs facing upwards, then
place the top cover on the bowl.
4. P lace the Microwave Rice Maker
Large in the microwave and cook
the rice for approximately 12 – 15
minutes (800W microwave), cooking
time may vary per microwave.
5. Remove from microwave.
6. A llow cooked rice to stand for at
least 5 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS
500 ml samp
5 ml salt
500 ml boiling water

PREPARATION
1. Soak samp for 8 – 10 hours before cooking.
1. Rinse samp until water is clear.
2. Place samp in the base of the Microwave
Rice Maker Large. Add boiling water up to
the MAX line in the base, add salt.
3. C ook in the microwave for 20 minutes,
remove and stir.
4. C ook in the microwave for another 20
minutes, remove and stir.
5. A dd boiling water. Cook in the microwave for
another 20 minutes, remove and stir.
6. C ook in the microwave for a further 10
minutes to remove excess water.
7. T
 ake out of the microwave and let stand for
5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
600 g lamb leg or shoulder
2 Garlic cloves
1 Onion (± 100 g)
1,2 Kg red pepper
50 ml white wine
1 Tbsp corn starch (± 15 ml)
1 Sprig of rosemary
400 g chopped tomato (1 tin)
Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
1. Cut the lamb in 3 cm pieces. Peel and cut the garlic
cloves in half.
2. Peel the onion, cut in half and chop using the Extra Chef.
3. Deseed the peppers, peel them and chop using the
Extra Chef.
4. Mix the wine and corn starch using a Quick Shake.
5. Place the lamb, rosemary, red peppers, garlic, onion and
the chopped tomatoes into the Microwave Fast Cooker.
Lastly, add the contents of the Quick Shake (without
stirring).
6. Close the Microwave Fast Cooker and microwave for
30 minutes at 900 watts. Allow to stand for 15 minutes
(until the pressure indicator goes down).
7. Add salt and pepper, then stir well and serve with
mashed potatoes or rice.

Classic Chocolate Cake
Recipe
INGREDIENTS
125 g chocolate slab, in cubes
125 g soft butter
120 g sugar
3 eggs
150 g flour (300 ml)
1tsp soda bicarbonate (5 ml)
1tsp baking powder (5 ml)
ICING (optional)
200 g chocolate slab, in cubes
15 ml milk
PREPARATION
1. Place the butter and chocolate in the MicroCook 1,5 L,
cover and cook for 2 min at 600 watts.
2. Take out and mix with the Paddle Scraper until smooth.
Add sugar, then eggs.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda bicarbonate and
flour.
4. Add the flour mixture progressively to the melted
chocolate, mixing well with the Paddle Scraper until the
sides are clean.
5. Cook uncovered for 5 min at 600 watts.
6. Allow to cool 10 minutes before unmoulding.
7. Prepare the Icing: Clean and dry the MicroCook 1,5 L,
then prepare the icing by combining all icing ingredients
and cook for 2 min 30s at 600 watts. Ice the cake and
serve.

150 g seeds or nuts of your choice

15 g butter + 1 tbsp flour (for
coating the Loaf pan)

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix the flour and baking powder in the That’s A Bowl.
Add the salt, seeds, and beer and mix using the Spatula
until you have a consistent dough that is starting to
become elastic.
3. G rease the inside of the Loaf pan with butter, and
sprinkle with 1 tbsp flour.
4. P our the dough into the Loaf pan and sprinkle with 1
tbsp of water.
5. C over and bake for approx 45 min. Remove the cover
and bake for approx. 15 more minutes.
6. U nmold the bread onto the oven rack and allow to
cool.

What you should understand about the guarantee

Tupperware Southern Africa will replace, through their Distributors, any Tupperware product that under normal
domestic use, shows a defect on material or function. In instances where the same product is unavailable
for replacement, a comparable product replacement will be made. If a replacement is unavailable and there
is no comparable product, the customer is given the option to choose any other product to the same value
from the current Catalogue. With the exception of our Microwave & Ovenware range and products indicated
by the microwave reheatable sign, which are microwave reheatable, our products are NOT recommended
for microwave oven use. All defective returns will be assessed by our Quality Control department at our
manufacturing plant. This procedure will take a minimum of 3 months. Please make sure you receive a
reference number for tracking purposes.
