Note-II: Wherever painting items are mentioned, these always include the base coats

1 (FULL HEIGHT PARTITION) Providing and fixing full height aluminium fully/partly
glazed partitions in cabins etc, with aluminium frames of standard thickness with 12
mm thick ply (Green /Optima/Century / or equivalent ) covered with various
finishing laminates (Formica / Greenlam / Century / Signature / Heritage / Archid /
Newmica / Kitmica or equivalent ) as per design and details
Laminates shall have a number of horizontl / vertical grooves and the ply under such
grooves shall be painted with approved colours.

Opening for communication / conversation shall be povided as required as per detailed

design and nothing extra shall be paid / deduction for the same.
The height of the partition shall be measured upto the R.C.C. Roof, if applicable.

All doors including sliding doors / openable doors, with all fittings including ISI Marked
Floor Springs, Door closers, Hinges, Locks, Bolts, etc., shall be included in the same
price. Doors shall be of heavy sections matching the partition, and shall have 8.0 mm
thick etched glass as per design.
All items necessary for completing the above mentioned work are deemed to be
included in the scope of work, whether or not they are specifically mentioned in the
B.O.Q / tender documents / drawings.

2 (HALF HEIGHT PARTITIONS) Providing and fixing half height aluminium partitions in
cabins etc, with aluminium frames of standard thickness with 12 mm thick ply
(Green/Optima/Century or equivalent ) covered with various finishing laminates
(Formica / Greenlam / Century / Signature / Heritage / Archid / Newmica / Kitmica
or equivalent ) and top of the partition framed with 1'6" ht glass various as per design
and details .

All electrical wires, accessories, telephone wires, etc, shall be run in the partition

included in the scope of work, whether or not they are specifically mentioned in the
B.O.Q / tender documents / drawings.

13 Column Panelling : Column panelling within 1 ½”X1" hardwood fixed to the column
and then finished with 6mm ply & above should be laminated with 1.5mm laminate of
approved make and as per drawings and instruction of the architect. A wooden cornice
of size 3"X2" has to be fixed on the edge and around the pillar as per design duly

14 (FALSE CEILING) Providing and fixing light duty suspended ceiling of gypsum
acoustical ceiling tile (Saint Gobain (previously India Gypsum) or equivalent) of
600x600mm 15 mm thk Microlook edge tiles , all as per standards and specifications
laid down by the manufactures, full provisions for weight of a/c ducting & provisions of
a/c ducting, lighting, wiring for any use, including any extra members over and above
those mentioned above, including co-coordinating with all trades, & making any cutouts
required for a/c, lighting, etc., all complete with 2 coats of acrylic oil bound distemper,
and full finishing.
P.O.P. beading / moulding shall be provided in the ceiling as per design and
specification, and no extra charge shall be paid for the same, as the same is deemed
to be included in the basic rates.
In certain parts, P.O.P. ceilings shall be done, with arches, barrels, cornices, etc. the
same shall be done with G.I. sheet frame, covered with welded mesh and P.O.P. on
top. The same shall be done as per design, instructions and specifications, and shall
be paid on a per square foot basis of the actual area executed. Nothing extra shall be
paid for this ceiling, other than the basic rate of the false ceiling.

15 Painting:- scratch the old paint surface and apply two layer of wall putty with primer
and paint with plastic emulsion paint three coat over the wall putty of approved brand
and manufacturer( Asian and Nerolac) of required colour to give smooth/silky look

16 (FLOORING,TOILET AREA) Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 400x400
mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS :
13755 of NITCO , ORIENT , SOMANY , KAJARIA or equivalent make in colours such
as white , Ivory , Grey , Fume , Red , Brown , laid on 20 mm thick cement motar 1:4 (1
cement: 4 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching
pigments etc, complete.as per approved design and direction of the bank/Architect

18 VITRIFIED TILE FLOORING (bank approved Colour)
Providing & Laying 2'-0" X 2'-0" X 8mm thick to 10mm thick Italian marble finish
vitrified tiles of FIRST quality in approved colors to floor in required position fixed
with bed of Cement Mortar (1:4) about 2" to 3" thick including 4mm thick to 5mm
thick float of cement, filling the joints with neat matching color cement slurry,
rubbing, washing etc. complete as per the instructions of Architect.
Cost to be inclusive of taping on all the joints & covered the entire flooring with
good quality plastic (300 microns) & POP above. Cover & Tape to be removed
before final cleaning etc. complete as per detail drg. & instructions of Architect/ bank.
