3 Detailed Survey, supply, laying, testing & commissioning km 1.5
of armoured Underground Fiber Optic Approach Cable
(48 fiber) in PLB HDPE Ducts of suitable size & strength
alongwith accessories (as per requirement) in above
mentioned sections, installation of joint boxes,
interfacing with existing OPGW on through rate basis as
per technical specification.
4 Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of Cable No. 16
Termination structures (as per bidder’s design to be got
approved from HVPNL) for the termination arrangement
and their Foundations including earthing material etc.
complete in all respect
5 Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of end No. 16
terminations as per technical specification suitable for
above cable as per bidder’s standard design

phase Link Box with SVL for each cable (to be decided

approved from HVPNL.
Note:-
1. It is specific for all the bidders to visit the office of SE/ TS, Gurugram to see the site constraints
before finalizing/ submitting the bids.
2. The said work involves crossing of Roads i.e. depth of laying, clearance from other services
etc. for which Open cut trench / Trench-less laying shall be done as per site requirement /
Technical specification/latest relevant standard
3. The route length / Quantities of 220 kV line shown above are tentative & may vary.
4. BOQ as above is tentative and for preparing estimates only.
5. The supply & connectivity of OFC (48F, as applicable) as required as per site condition for
establishing interfacing with existing/proposed OPGW shall be got done as per requirement of
SLDC wing of HVPNL. Technical specification of OFC/ OPGW . It is specifically in the scope of
successful bidder that the supervision of laying and end to end testing and successful
commissioning of fiber optic connectivity shall be got carried out with the help of OFC
manufacturer.
6. Any other item(s) not specified above but required to complete the job in all respect, would be
supplied and erected by the bidder free of cost.
