MANEJO. ASMA INTERMITENTE STEP 1
(Beclometasona) PREFERIBLE
• Síntomas: Diarios
• Despertares nocturnos: > 1/semana, no todas la noches
• Uso de salbutamol: Diariamente
• Interferencia actividad: Algunas limitaciones
• Corticoides sistémicos: ≥ 2 por año

• Mejor: BROMURO IPRATROPIO (BI) : 2 PUFF C8H
• EXACERBACIONES: BI 3 PUFF C3-4H ± Salbutamol
