PAYMENT TERMS

1. One time installation charge & security deposit to be paid 100% in

advance along with confirmed Purchase Order.

2. Recurring Charges: As per the pack subscribed on pre-paid basis.

Payment for renewals to be made 100% in advance.

3. Any infrastructure cost for installation of wireless device to be borne by the customer
directly or to be paid additionally to the Sify.

4. All payments shall be made favoring Sify Technologies Limited.

 CONNECTING WIRELESS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Order is to be placed on Sify Technologies Limited.
 The validity of this offer is for a period of 15 Days from the date of submission.
 All taxes applicable shall be extra at the time of signup on actual amount.
 Broadband subscriber unit & other accessories are leased out against a one time
installation charge. There is not title transfer applicable. The devices deployed remain in
the name of Sify Technologies Limited.
 Security Deposit is refundable upon discontinuation of services & after returning of Sify
devices.
 Incase the services are unutilized without a recharge of packs for more than 3 months in a
row, the further deployment of Sify devices would be under consideration & perusal of
Sify Technologies Limited.
 Deployment Advise & Security of CPE (SU) to be undertaken by client in consultation with
Sify.
 Sify is not responsible for service degradation owing to failure or inefficiency of equipment/
services including software bought from vendor(s) other than Sify.
 Deployment will be carried out within 10 Days on best effort basis from Sify subject to
availability of Line of Sight.
 Incase of discontinuation/ termination of services, a notice of 1 paid quarter will be taken
into account.
 All disputes would be subject to jurisdiction of Chennai courts only.
 Any errors & omissions would be corrected suitably.
