One Time Exit Scheme. 1. Revised Last date for Registration #28 September, 2017 2, Last date of Submission of list of registrants: 7" October, 2017 3. Revised Processing Fee : Rs. 500/- only per candidate per semester till the candidate obtain eligibility. This fee shall be submitted to the Registrar, VTU Belagavi in the form of online payment made in the name of Finance Officer, VTU Belagavi. 4, Excess Processing fee collected by the colleges must be refunded to students immediately (vide III (8) of this Office Notification No. VTU/BGM/Aca-OS/Exit Sch/2017-18/4777 dt: 13-09-2017) 5. The students who are waiting for the Results / Revaluation Results shall also register for this scheme. Fee paid by such students shall be retained at the college. The college shall refund the fee for the students who become eligible and ineligible students fee shall be submitted to the University. The list of such registrants and their backlog subjects shall be submitted separately along with the Processing fee at a later date,10. ‘To register for 5! semester © ‘The registrant should have completed the course work and satisfied Attendance and IA requirement up to 4 semester and attended examinations at least up to 3 semester, ‘To register for 7 semester ! ‘The registrant should have completed the course work and satisfied Attendance and IA requirement up to 6" semester and attended examinations at least up to St! semester. No change of college is permitted for the students registering under one time exit scheme. ‘The colleges shall not issue NOC for such students. ‘The registering students are not permitted to switch to Autonomous scheme. ‘The students admitted under one time exit scheme shall appear for the examinations for their 5/6/78" semesters sequentially instead of odd in odd and even in even semesters after obtaining eligibility to the respective semesters as per VTU norms. Students are not permitted to appear for higher semester examinations without attending lower semester examinations. All other clauses and conditions stipulated in the above cited Notification remains unaltered.
