1. Healthy living definition


Healthy living is a simple choice that is very appropriate to be implemented.
Live with a healthy diet, mind, habits and environment. Healthy in the sense of the
basic word is everything that we do give good results for the body. With the
application of this concept of healthy living, then we can avoid the various diseases
that may be able to attack our bodies. If our body is healthy, then all the activities of
our lives can we carry out with the best.

2. Purpose of healthy living


The purpose of implementing a healthy living of course to maintain a healthy
body and get a better life. The purpose of healthy living is not only to maintain our
health, but also to keep our body ideal. Having an ideal body is easy, one of them by
organizing diet, exercise, and adequate rest then we will get the results according to
our wishes. Body that is not on guard can be bad for our health, for example we will
susceptible to disease, easily weakness, and sometimes weight becomes irregular. So
we have to keep the body as well as possible so that our body is protected from
various adverse effects.

3. The benefits of healthy living


The benefits of healthy living very much, including:
- Prevent various diseases
- Reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes
- Maintains bone mass
- Prevents osteoporosis and fractures
- Improve mood and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression
- Improve self-esteem
- Improve memory in the elderly
- Reduce stress

- Makes body and mind more spirit
The benefits of healthy lifestyle in daily life among them :

4. Factors that influence healthy living


- Patterns of behavior
Behavior patterns will always vary in different social situations and
environments, and constantly change. Individual lifestyles, characterized by
individual behavior patterns, will have an impact on individual health and
subsequently on the health of others. In health, one's lifestyle can be changed by
empowering individuals to change their lifestyle, but changing it not only to
individuals, but also to changing the social environment and living conditions that
affect their behavior patterns.

- Eat a healthy diet
Food is often a source of disease. the disease we suffer is the result of food
consumption. The main thing to realize is that almost all types of diseases
originated from the stomach. If one consume food, then the consequences can
cause illness. How to cultivate a healthy lifestyle is to cultivate a healthy diet. In
this way, the stomach or stomach does not get sick and regularly this kind of
activity can prevent the body from disease.

Rest is needed by the body to give the body the chance to regenerate by
restoring freshness in every organ. With adequate rest then the workload of the

consciousness. Rest can be done in various ways, such as chatting, reading or

of rest can cause difficulty sleeping, fatigue and even metabolic disorders of the
body.

- Recreation
Recreation is a refreshing of the body and mind, something exciting and
refreshing, such as a picnic. Activities that are recreational include tours to the
beach, mountain or park. A refreshing scene can restore lost energy.

6. Tips healthy lifestyle
