rest from daily activities. With adequate rest and regular fitness then the body can

watching television. Rest can release tired and restore freshness. Conversely, lack
of rest can cause difficulty sleeping, fatigue and even metabolic disorders of the
body.

Recreation is a refreshing of the body and mind, something exciting and
refreshing, such as a picnic. Activities that are recreational include tours to the
beach, mountain or park. A refreshing scene can restore lost energy.
