We give thanks to you, Almighty God for your grace and blessing for allowing us to be together

to attend the Seminar of Scientific Writing which has held by IKIP PGRI Pontianak. We welcome
the participants of the seminars who will have an opportunity to gain an insight related to diverse
strategies to improve their research abilities. The seminar aims to create innovation and meet the
demands of scientific, technological and socio-cultural development especially in the field of
education.
This seminar focuses on a central theme: ….. . In relation to the theme, we present two main
speakers delivering material on strategies of ability improvement in conducting a research, role
and research contribution in educational field. We express our gratitude to all parties that have
supported this event. Therefore, on this occasion, we would like to express our gratitude to the
Rector of IKIP PGRI Pontianak and its staff, the speakers who participated in this seminar, the
participants of the seminar, and all the parties that have been involved in this event which cannot
be expressed by words. We express our highest appreciation to all the committees who have
worked hard for the success of this event.
The number of participants in this 4th KTI seminar is … which shows an increasing in numbers
year by year. The increasing represents a high interest of the participant on scientific writing for
each year.
We realize that this seminar has lot of shortcomings in the running of the event, administrative
services and facilities. Thus, we would like to offer our deepest apologies for the trouble you will
experience.
Finally, we sincerely hope that the seminar participants would gain benefits from this event in
order to create a good research atmosphere, a solid research culture, a sustainable and a qualified
