There are a total of 50 Letter Scraps to collect in GTA V to unlock the 'A Mystery, Solved'
Achievement/Trophy. These letters are available to collect right from the start of the game.

More Official Screencaps It doesn't matter which character you use to collect them. Trevor's piloting skills do come in handy
on some of them so keep that in mind. So without further delay, let's get right to it!

This one is underneath the street, in the train tunnel. There's an
entryway to the West, by the river, South of the jetski race.

By the shore on the East side of the rock formation.

Underneath the arch structure on the bridge.

This one is on top of the yellow crane at the construction site.
Climb this extremely long set of ladders all the way to the top and
use the last ladder to reach the very top. There are other ways to
reach it if you're creative, but the giant ladder is guaranteed to
work.

After collecting all of the Letter Scraps, the entire story will be revealed in a 4 page letter and a new Mission will pop up
called, "A Starlet in Vinewood", where you confront the killer.

Make sure you are at the tippy top. Not just the main boom but up the last ladder to the small platform. Otherwise you may

have gotten it already. Or your game has one hell of a bug.

Possible but seems unlikely. When people are missing 1 it's usually out there somewhere at one of the locations with

multiple areas that look the same.

I have found 49 scraps. However, I have been to every location listed above several times over searching for the last 0
remaining scrap, could this be a glitch or what? Ive done everything possible in my searches..

First make sure you did get all of them (the full letter will appear for you to read). After reading it if nothing pops up for

Franklin try waiting an in­game day or two. If still nothing you may need to reload a previous save (which can suck a lot if
you only use auto­save).

If you are missing ones, you need to go back through and check them all.
