Recognize and anticipate the specific needs of the family to prevent occurrence of disease or
its complications;
To be aware of any existing risk factors, prepare suitable periodic health exam inclusive of
lifestyle check, screening tests, immunization and chemoprevention;
Promote healthy lifestyle and health promoting behaviors to the family;
Prepare a wellness plan for a family that is appropriate to their lifecycle stage and existing
medical problems;
