Dear Crew Members.

We found out that you have not yet uploaded or renewed your PDOS/APAS certificate on the
RCLCrewTravel. In line with this, we are glad to inform you that we have secured a slot/date for your
APAS Training. Please be guided on below details and have time to read IMPORTANT
REMINDERS accordingly.

WHAT: ANTI-PIRACY TRAINING

WHEN: MAY 31, 2018 / 0830AM – 0130PM (No Need to set EASE Appointment)
WHERE: RCM Office Ground Floor, Five E-Com Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City,
Philippines 1300 (In between Anytime Fitness and China Bank)

Attached herewith is the Anti-Piracy BMP4 module for your kind reference and for your eyes only. No
need to print.

Important Reminders:

1. Please do not wear Shorts, Sandos and slippers during the training session.
2. Training is free of charge just bring valid government IDs. Certificate will be released within the day.
3. Please be on time otherwise tardiness may result to delayed issuance of certificates or either
reschedule of training but subject for availability.
4. We shall no longer acknowledge certificates issued by other providers. Only PDOS Trainings and
Certificates facilitated and issued by RCCL through PTC and OWWA satellite offices shall be
accepted. PDOS Certificate is valid 5 years upon issued date.
5. We shall only accept Anti- Piracy Training Certificates issued 2009 upto the present and conducted
by PTC or RCCL only. Certificates issued other than RCCL and PTC (despite 2009 - present issuance),
shall no longer be accepted
6. After completing the PDOS/Anti-Piracy, log into RCL Crew Travel and upload your certificate as soon
as possible for returning Crew. If you are new hire, please coordinate with your Onboarding
Associates.
7. Above details is subject to change without prior notice. Kindly check your e-mail from time to time
8. Should you have any further concerns with regards on VISA, POEA Contract, Documents, please feel
free to write e-mail to RCM@rccl.com
9. Final list of attendees will be submitted to PTC/RCM two days prior appointment. No need to check
in PTC/RCM.
