VEHICLE DRY LEASE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT MADE AND ENTERED INTO AT COLOMBO IN THE

DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF SRI LANKA ON THIS 13th DAY OF
February 2017 BY AND BETWEEN (company name) and S. G. Luxshy Chamali Subhawickrama witnesses AS
FOLLOWS:

Whereas as the said S. G. Luxshy Chamali Subhawickrama is the Owner of Perodua viva elite Car bearing
registration No. CP-KT- 4307 and whereas the said parties have agreed to lease the said vehicle on the terms and
conditions hereinafter set forth:-

It is hereby agreed by and between the said S. G. Luxshy Chamali Subhawickrama (herein after referred to
as the Owner) and (company name) (Registration No) (referred to as the Hirer) as follows:-

1) The Owner agreed to hire to the hirer and the hirer agrees to take on hire from the Owner the
said vehicle No. CP-KT- 4307 without driver and without fuel for Rs. 40,000/- per month
for a period of 24 months on monthly hire (30 days) rental basis from 13 February 2017 to
13th February 2019, and the Owner has the option to terminate the Agreement without prior
notice due to the unsatisfactory maintenance, violation of rules, regulations, Improper use by
the Hirer without prejudice, and if the Owner wishes to extend this agreement thereafter, this
agreement shall continue by mutual consent.

2) The said rental Rs. 40,000/- per month (vehicle only) shall be paid by the Hirer to the owner
on or before the last day of the same month and the Refundable deposit Rs. 100,000/- kept by the
Owner and will return after the contract. (Entitle for Km 2500 per month only (not
accumulate) (extra km will be Rs. 15/-), if the Hirer wants to terminate before the contract will
covered by daily rate at Rs.2, 500/- per day or one month rental.

3) The Hirer keep the vehicle under after work his custody, any damages or accident should
inform to the owner immediately and called by the user (Driver of the Vehicle should have
SRI LANKAN valid License which not expired) and called to Insurance Company. Any
damages which could not claim from the insurance company (e.g. lost or damagers, Scrapes
Marks could not covered from the Insurance Company), the Hirer should pay the cost of
damages and losses.

4) The Hirer will take full responsibility for the custody of vehicle for its due maintenance,
Protection from loss and damage, running repairs and tyre punch or any broken accessories.

5) The Hirer should not permit any person to drive the vehicle other than a driver employed by
the higher.

6) The Oil and Fuel cost should be borne by the Hirer on actual consumption.

7) The Hirer should check the Water & Oil daily, the cost of servicing of the vehicle would be
borne by the Owner at specific intervals of 3,000km and the Hirer should undertake to inform
the Owner in advance when the service due to be done according to the meter reading.

8) The Hirer has no authority to carry out any repairs of the vehicle. If the Hirer notices any
repair to be done should inform the Owner immediately.
9) The Hirer shall forthwith inform the Owner of any accident or damage to the vehicle
since the vehicle is comprehensively covered by the insurance.

10) The Hirer shall not use the vehicle for any illegal, Political, Motor sport activities or to
tow other vehicles. (NO SMOKING IN SIDE THE CAR, NO PETS CARRIED IN SIDE
THE CAR.

11) The Owner/Owner’s agent shall be entitled to inspect the vehicle at reasonable intervals at a location
convenient for both parties of where the vehicle is parked.

12) The followings are noted.

 Meter Reading as at 13th February 2017 : 22,108 Km
 Renewal date of Revenue License : 25th April 2017/2018
 Renewal date of Insurance : 02nd April 2017/2018
