The Lord has brought us on an amazing learning journey, over the past
few years, showing the world back-to-back unique celestial events.
These have reminded us of when Jesus Christ came to be our Mediator.
All of these also happened right when prophecy told us to expect them.
We were told when the prophetic events started coming together,
here in the last generation, that we were to look up. Prophecy tells us the
conclusion of these celestial and geopolitical events: that Christ is about
to be revealed, and gather His faithful servants (the rapture) to where He
is now - our Father’s house, in Heaven. Scripture also warns us that a time
of tribulation, and sudden destruction, will quickly follow that gathering.
The purpose of prophecy, and the celestial signs, is so that we will live
accordingly - living as though our Redeemer is about to show up.
Just like David, let us look up, at what the heavens are declaring, and let
that affect our heart and life - showing that we truly love our Redeemer.
P SA LM 19
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.
1. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
3. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
4. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.
In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5. Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber,
and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.
6. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it:
and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
7. The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul:
the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
8. The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
9. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever:
the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
10. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold:
sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
11. Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.
12. Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.
13. Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over
me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.
14. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight,
O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

We understand the signs, and their meanings,
by the Biblical roles of the major celestial lights.
“And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day,
and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
And God set them in the firmament
of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
And to rule over the day and over the night...”
- Genesis 1:16-18
Moon Rules the Night, as the brightest night-time light. Medium-reign (not always out).
Venus The second brightest night-time celestial light. Lesser-reign (sets early).

The most important prophecy and theme of the Bible was given
at the very beginning - and will continue throughout the entire
Bible, and history of the world. When mankind sinned,
God promised that He would send a Redeemer;
and He gave them word pictures to remember His promise.
Jesus Christ told His disciples that all the end times events would be witnessed within one generation’s lifespan: the one that saw Israel’s replanting
“This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.” - Matthew 24:34

It should not surprise us that the rare celestial events all happened, right toward the end of the last generation!
Even though Jupiter (the King planet) passes through Leo every 12 years, it would not be in the right position
- for both Leo AND Virgo (lining up at the right places, and BOTH in the SAME pass) - until 2015!
Astronomy Tidbits
The Ancient People Knew Their Stars
The Bible makes many references that all the way back at the time of Abraham (who spoke
of the promised Lamb of God) and Job, these Bible figures were very familiar with the stars
- and what story was being declared in the heavens. Remember that John (the penman
of Revelation) and several of the disciples, were fishermen who fished the sea of Galilee
- often at night. They grew up, using the stars for navigation, and very familiar with watching
the celestial clockwork motions every evening. They also used sundials, and were familiar
with the sun’s movements, and that of the moon. They had a strong sense and understanding
how the lights in the firmament progressed in their daily and annual courses.
While many of the constellation’s meaning have not changed (especially along
the ecliptic), there are many whose meaning has become corrupted or changed over time.
Many times, the core understanding of a constellation can be understood by researching
the various star names, within that grouping, and ways that constellation was referred to,
in ancient history. We don’t go by the modern meaning - we seek the original.
Note that the dot-to-dot lines do not define the constellation, womb, or other parts.
The lines are called an asterism, and are merely a readily-recognizable general pattern
in the night sky, that helps you locate where the rest of the stars in that constellation
are. It is only a guide (with multiple, historic variations), but they are not borders.
When referencing celestial events, go by the stars (Spica, Regulus, etc.) - with their
historically known names and meanings - that the events happen in relation to
- not the lines.
The Sun, Moon, and planets travel along the Ecliptic (”the line”). The Sun travels
directly on the line. The Moon and planets wobble around, near the line; usually
about 5 degrees, either way, from the line. These are all (generally) moving west
to east (at different slow speeds); but, the background of stars and constellations
appears to move east to west. This is why the planets are referred to as ‘wandering
stars’ - because they don’t travel in the same way as the other stars; hence,
the planets, Sun, and Moon will always be in different locations - along the line.
The Sun, Moon, and planets all move at different speeds - and with differing
wobbles away from the line. Sometimes, when they pass each other, they are closer
to each other, than at other times. These visual meetups are called Conjunctions.
Some conjunctions can be very rare, due to their apparent closeness (such as Jupiter
and Venus, sometimes).
5
RETROGRADE Sometimes, the planets will appear to make a loop (over time, near the line),
going in the opposite direction for a while. When they are going the opposite
direction (from what they mostly go in), they are said to be in retrograde
PROGRADE (going backwards). Their normal west to east movement is called prograde motion.
Jupiter, for example, will spend several months in retrograde, before it starts
going prograde, again - forming a loop.
During its retrograde, Jupiter will reach opposition. This is when Jupiter is shining
the brightest. This important astronomical marker (when and where) has been
recorded for thousands of years: when the King Planet shines the brightest.
When making a loop, the first turn (from prograde to retrograde) is called
Station 1. This is because it appears as though Jupiter stops (relative to the
background stars) for several days. When it switches to Prograde motion,
again, it will appear to stop at Station 2. It will appear to be at each
Station, for about two weeks.
The Ecliptic line passes A constellation is more than the dot-to-dot lines;

The astronomical (technical) term,

but the Bible refers to the 12 groups

Astronomy in the Bible
The first book of the Bible, Genesis, tells us the story of Abraham. God called him out of Ur of the
Chaldees; but what is less well-known is that Abraham was not just a rancher or shepherd, he was
actually an astronomer, very familiar with the stars.
ABRAHAM
Many people from his town, Ur of the Chaldees, were very familiar with the stars and that's even
referenced later on in scriptures, such as in Daniel, of how people from there were nicknamed
Chaldeans: those people who were associated with astronomers of those days. Abraham was
always invited to king’s palaces, and he had access to the king’s court, because he was an
astronomer. He was very well educated - a Ph.D in a sense - and even extra-biblical historical
sources shed light on this, too.
“And Abraham When God made a promise to Abraham, that his seed was going to be as the stars of heaven,
said, My son, He was talking to an astronomer who had studied the stars and knew full-well the depth
and intricacy of the celestial clock, the movements, and the celestial lights in the firmament.
God will provide
himself a lamb God is always making a connection between the heavens - what is going on up there,
for a burnt and that He made them - and drawing Abraham’s attention to them - that they are only a picture
of the fulfillment of prophecy - particularly concerning the Redeemer that would come through
offering...”
Abraham’s lineage.
- Genesis 22:8
Abraham, as an astronomer, is well attested to by historians: Babylonian historian
Berosus, Josephus, and the Greek writer Hecataeus. As well as Sir Walter Raleigh's
"The History of the World", Chap. II, Sec. 2, p. 172 and Chap. III, Sec. 4, p. 176.).
The Bible tells us about Job. He lived at the same approximate time, as Abraham.
When we read in the Book of Job, we find that he was also very familiar with the
constellations. God mentions the Mazzaroth (Job 38:32), and several constellations,
JOB asking him about Orion, specific stars of Arcturus, etc. Job was very familiar
with the constellations - and so was God.

Jacob Knew the 12 Constellations
Note that Jacob explained to Joseph what Joseph’s dream meant! Jacob fully understood that
the 12 stars represented his sons! The 12 stars were the 12 constellations, along the ecliptic,
that the sun and the moon travel through!
“...behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.
And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him,
and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed?
Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren
JACOB JOSEPH indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth?
And his brethren envied him; but his father observed the saying.”

By examining the star names, we can discern that they testify of the Messiah:
His two-fold nature: God and Man
God and man in one Christ. Christ and the Father are one. As man, suffering for
our redemption; as God, glorified for our complete salvation and final triumph.
His two-fold work: suffering and glory
He came to labour, suffer, be wounded, and afflicted; yet, when it was done,
He sat down on the right hand of God - waiting until His enemies be trodden down.
His two-fold coming: in humiliation and in triumph
He suffered shame, at His first coming; but, when He comes the second time,
He will be the ruler and judge - the righteous Branch of David - the King of Kings
(Isaiah 4:2, 32:1,2; Jeremiah 23:5,6, 33:14,15).

The Draco (Dragon) and Serpens constellations are also synonymous with
Hydra (the Serpent); all represent different aspects of the serpent-dragon.
Ever since the Garden of Eden, when Satan has appeared in some visible serpentine shape,
he is represented by this creature, in history and prophecies of Scripture.
The serpent not only represents Satan, but also his kingdom, centers of power, and influence.
All of these aspects will be crushed when the Lion of the tribe of Judah comes to trample
him under foot. This is the very first promise to Adam - and all of God’s works
and administrations are framed by this prophecy and promise.
The Lion is depicted as leaping on, and treading upon, the serpent’s head.
He pours out His wrath on him, tearing the Deceiver to pieces -
and leaving his lifeless carcass for the birds.
“Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee:
hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants
of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood,
and shall no more cover her slain. In that day the LORD with his sore

The ancient name of this constellation is Comah: the desired, or the longed for.
The Hebrew name was Koman (desired) (from Hebrew kamahh - “to pine after”,
Psalm 63:1; akin to chamdah- “delight/desire”, Haggai 2:7).
The Greek word for hair was Co-me. Conon, the astronomer of Alexandria (3 BC) originally altered
it to represent hair. However, the ancient zodiacs (such as the Egyptian Dendera) pictured this
constellation as a woman with a child in her arms. The Egyptian name was Shes-nu: the desired son.
Albumazar (or Abu Masher), c. AD 850 Arabian astronomer, also testified of the constellation
with a virgin nourishing an infant - whose signification was Christ.

knowledge that Libra was really an altar.
This same writing was quoted from, by the Apostle Paul
(Acts 17:28), showing what the Apostles (many of them
sailors) knew and understood these constellations to be.
Zuben al Genubi “Above on zodiac line the Claws extend.
The price which is deficient In his right hand some beast he seems to bear
- they say, an offering for the Altar near.”
(Phenomena, Aratus).
Over time, the circular mound shape
was corrupted into circular scales.
In the Bible, God prescribes that an earthen altar (mound of dirt) was acceptable
to Him (Exodus 20:24). Sacred altar mounds would generally be round.
24
Keep in mind that Libra (the Altar) was the

need was there that another priest should rise after the order
of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?
For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity
a change also of the law.
For he of whom these things
are spoken pertaineth to another tribe,
of which no man gave attendance at the altar.
JUDAH
For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda;
of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.
And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude
of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest
...But this man [Jesus], because he continueth ever,
hath an unchangeable priesthood.”

The Sign Completes
“And she brought forth a man child,
who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron:
and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.”
- Revelation 12:5
Since the Sceptre / King / man child is represented by Jupiter (the King Planet),
and this departure is mentioned in the Rev 12 Sign portion, we should expect
a celestial event to also mark the King departing, and the sign completing.
One good picture fit, may be around the time when Jupiter is shining the brightest
(The Light), at Libra (The Light, The Altar) - representing the completed work
of The Lamb Who was slain, and Who entered
into the holy place of the heavenlies - and has sat down.

There is an ancient Greek fable which calls Ophiuchus Aesculapius, the son of Apollo.
Having restored Hippolytus to life, he was worshipped everywhere as the god of health,
and hence the serpent entwined around him is, to this day, the symbol of the medical
art (the Staff of Aesculapius). This, however, is, doubtless, another perversion
of the primitive truth that the Coming One in overcoming the serpent, should become
the great healer of all the sorrows of the world, and cause all its groanings to cease.
Of course, we are also reminded of Moses’ serpent-on-a-staff,
which was lifted up, and used in healing - from serpent bites.
