AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, Atricia Ann Alon-Alon Castañeda, of legal age, single, Filipino, a

resident of 10 Muralla Street Las Villas De Manila, Biñan Laguna and with
business address at Shop 1 Alpha Grandview Condominium MH Del Pilar
Street, Malate, Manila after having been subscribed to an oath, depose and
say:

1. That I am the incumbent Vice-President for Finance and Corporate

Secretary of Castaneda Ship Manning, Co., Inc., a domestic
corporation organized under Philippine Laws, and a duly Manning
Agency as per License No. _____________________________ issued
by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration;

2. That in my capacity as Vice-President for Finance of the corporation, I

hereby Undertake to be jointly and severally liable with the corporation
or partnership for claims and/or damages that may be awarded to the
seafarers.

3. That I execute this Affidavit of Undertaking in compliance with the

requirements for new Directors/ Officers.
