NOTICE TO ALL STAFF MEMBERS

RE: CERVICAL CANCER/PROSTATE CANCER SCREENING

Now that October Breast Cancer awareness month is over, the Staff Clinic would
like to inform the UZ Staff, both male and female that we will be offering cervical
cancer and prostate cancer screening at the Staff Clinic as follows:

DATE: THURSDAY 2 NOVEMBER 2017

TIME: 0900HRS TO 1500HRS.

VENUE: UZ STAFF CLINIC

Cancer can be treated if detected early so please have regular screening for these
cancers.

THE STAFF CLINIC WOULD LIKE TO INFORM STAFF MEMBERS WHO VISITED
THE CLINIC PREVIOUSLY, FOR CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING AND
HAVE NOT YET COLLECTED THEIR RESULTS TO VISIT THE CLINIC.
