merujuk perkara diatas, adalah saya .....

bersetuju dah rela hati meletakkan gaji saya selama 2

bulan sebagai jaminan yang saya akan kembali berkerja setelah pulang bercuti ke kampung
halaman selama 28 hari bermula dari 3 Jun hingga 30 jun 2018.

sekiranya saya tidak melaporkan diri pada 1hb julai 2018, pihak syarikat berhak untuk
mengambil gaji 2 bulan saya sebagai ganti rugi keatas harga tiket dan kos permit bekerja saya
yang telah dibiayai oeh mereka.

referring to the above, I ................ have given permission to the company to hold my salary
commencing from april to may (two months) as a guarantee that I will report for work after
returning to my hometown for 28 days, started June 3 to June 30, 2018.

If I did not report for duty on 1st July 2018, the company is entitle to take my 2-months paycheck
in compensation for the ticket price and the cost of my work permit which they have financed.
