Based on the pie chart above, it can be seen that 64% of respondent are comprised of male, while
36% of respondent are female. All the respondents are from DKA4A and Civil Engineering
Department in Ungku Omar Polytechnics. Over a half of the pie chart was male and less a half

The pie chart above show the size of classes provided in PUO. It can be seen that 79% of
the respondents agree that PUO has provide the standard size of classes, 21% respondents agree
with the small size of classes, and 0% respondents agree with large size of classes as their answer.
The majority of the respondents agree that PSP provided the standard size of classes. Standard size
of classes selected nearly three-quarter from the pie chart. More than one-fifth of pie referred to
small size of classes.

Based on pie chart above, it can be seen the same responds about projected provided in
classroom at PUO from respondents feedback. There are 100% respondents thinks the projected
provided in classroom was unavailable.

Based on the pie chart above, it can be seen that 49% of the respondents observe the
problem when the projected are not functioning is interruption P&P lesson. Another 45% of the
respondents observe that the problem are waste time when the projected are not functioning.
Whereas 6% of the respondents observe there are difficult to find another class when the projected
are not functioning. The percentage of problem students have to face when projected not
functioning for waste time and interruption P&P lesson is quite similar which is both percentage
nearly a half of the pie chart. In the other hand, the percentage of the respondents that choose others
is greatly lower compare to the other two groups.

Based on the pie chart above, it can be seen that 73% of respondents agree that the ways to
improve the projected service is to always updated and service. 20% of the respondents agree that
provided more projected is the best ways to improve this matter, whereas 7% of the respondents
respond that repair faster the projected is a ways to improve this matter. This shows the number of
respondents who agree to always update and service the projected is more than half than the
respondents who agree to provided more projected which is less than a half. The percentage of
respondents that respond that repair faster the projected is a ways to improve this matter is
drastically lower than the rest of the answers.

classroom for Civil Engineering department. The selected answer are “yes” which mean agree and
“no” mean disagree. Majority of selected answer from DKA4A student is “yes”. It can be seen that
93% of respondent are agree that the classroom equipped with enough chairs and tables, while 7%
disagree.

Based on pie chart above, it can be seen the different responds about comfort level of the
chair provided in classroom at PUO from respondents There are 50% respondents thinks their feel
comfort with the chair that provided in classroom. Another 50% respondents feel uncomfortable
with the chair. The result shows that the majority of the respondents think projected in classroom
was unavailable is relative large than the respondents who thinks the projected was available. The
percentage of the comfort level of the chair provided is similar.
