OM System Overview

OM Information

I Either local or remote OM needs a specific OM channel

(OMCH)
I For local OMCH, each NodeB has default IP which is
17.21.2.15. Therefore, we should set our laptop IP same
segment as this IP.
I For remote OMCH, all M2000 to RNC and RNC to NodeB
routes should be available. It needs to configure OMIP for the
route between NodeB and RNC which is different from
NodeB’s local IP (17.21.2.15). In this case, RNC acts as a
router for OMCH.
