Sep. 26, 2016— The FBI released a third batch of notes from its criminal
investigation into Hillary Clinton‟s use of personal email servers. They prove
breathtaking complicity among Hillary, her staff, the State Department, Barack
Obama and the FBI.

pseudonym (fake name) to avoid being
detected. Upon reading it, Abedin
“exclaimed „How is this not classified?‟”
(Part 3, page 93). This evidence proves
another Obama lie—that he learned about
Hillary‟s private email server in the press
like everyone else.

Email technology is full of techno speak that loses the average reader. This is why these people
have gotten away with their corrupt activity for so long. Therefore, AFI asked email specialists
to analyze the FBI report. They found smoking guns within minutes.

Hillary’s 2009-2012 emails were licensed to Gmail!

Most Gmail users are unaware that they license all their rights to emails and documents to
Google. Google can then use, sell or publish the content the moment they “Agree” to the
1,500+ page (incl. links) user license agreement. The section titled “Your Content in our
Services” is very clear:

“When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content . . . you give Google . . . worldwide
license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish,
publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content . . . The license continues even if
you stop using our Service.”

2014, HILLARY CLINTON
directed “confidential assistant” (page 30) errand-
girl MONICA R. HANLEY to find a way to transfer
her 2009-2012 email stored on an Apple
MacBook because she did not want to lose it.
HANLEY asked Mystery Man to transfer it to the
upgraded email system being set up for the Clintons
at Platte River Networks in Colorado.

According to the FBI, Mystery Man used “Gmail as a

way to convert the Mac Mail files to a format that could be imported into the new Microsoft
Exchange server.” Exchange server is Microsoft’s email system. Some know it as Outlook or
even Hotmail. The FBI also said that “It was not uncommon” (Part 3, page 35) for Hanley to use
Gmail to printout emails to “unclassified” devices and make use of Gmail even when on
diplomatic trips (Part 3, page 36). Gmail was also used as a backup email system when the server
was down (Part 3, page 68).

Hillary Clinton herself maintained a Gmail account in which the “FBI investigation
identified 940 e-mails associated with Clinton‟s personal e-mail account from October 25, 2010
to December 31, 2010 that as of June 21, 2016 remained within the REDACTED@gmail.com
account.” 56 were classified CONFIDENTIAL. 302 of these emails had not been turned over toe
the State Dept. previously. At least one of these emails was classified SECRET (Part 1, pages 17-
18).

It is extremely important for readers to understand what is going on here. What the FBI
described is the electronic equivalence of your mover unloading your household belongings in
a truck stop parking lot so that passers-by and thieves can rummage through your possessions.

The moment Hanley sent an email to Gmail it became Hillary Clinton Gmail Rummage Sale!
unsecure and free for Google and enemies of the U.S. to
exploit. It is inconceivable that senior State Department officials would be so cavalier with
America’s diplomacy. It begs the question about intent. Was this Hillary’s intentional way of
dismantling America’s foreign policy, then using juvenile excuses?

Abedin told the FBI she "routinely forwarded emails (Part 3, page 86) from her state.gov
account to either her clintonemail.com or her yahoo.com account so that she could print
them." Again, these are astounding breaches of security, and astounding admissions of illegal
conduct and stupidity.

Mystery Man also used Google Apps. Google Apps uses the same terms of service as Gmail and
claims an irrevocable worldwide license to your emails, posts, documents, blogs, writings, etc.

Mystery Man’s “dummy” Gmail account breached national

security

Presuming for a moment that Hillary’s MacBook email from 2009-2012, and the Platte River
Networks servers were secure (which they clearly were not), the act of uploading Hillary’s
email archive to Gmail alone—for any purpose—breached four years of national security
involving Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

No wonder U.S. foreign policy is in flames – Hillary herself

compromised everything she did.

A secure transfer of Hillary’s MacBook email should have been handled only by State
Department information technology specialist, not by Platte River Networks employees with no
security clearances.

WikiLeaks just released research into this FBI dump that proves everybody at Platte River
Networks had access to Hillary Clinton’s emails, yet none of the Platte River Networks
employees had security clearances.

Since Mystery Man has been classified by

the FBI as “private,” we can reasonably
assume that he did not have a security
clearance either.

Mystery Man used Gmail to transfer

Hillary’s MacBook emails to the Platte
River Networks servers in Colorado. He
dramatically compromised U.S. national
security in the process.

Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, Facebook, AOL mail etc. can never
be in the chain of custody for classified documents

The moment the Gmail “dummy” account received Hillary’s 2009-2012 uploaded MacBook
emails, Mystery Man licensed those national secrets to Google. The same would have been true
if he had used Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, AOL or most other “free” services. From that point on they
could be both used by Google and sold to third parties, including predators, spies, foreign
governments, foreign and domestic corporations, drug dealers, money launderers . . . anybody.

Even if you delete your Gmail, your emails are not destroyed. Gmail retains rights forever.
