双良WNS型冷凝锅炉是在分析总结了烟气中水蒸汽冷

发展现状
冷凝式锅炉最先在西方发达国家得到了研究和应用。自1979年荷
兰人发明冷凝式锅炉以来，法国、英国、奥地利、德国和美国相继进
行了冷凝式锅炉的研制，生产和研制已具备了很高的水平。在欧美
各国，由于政府鼓励使用冷凝式锅炉，所以需求量不断增加，冷凝
式锅炉的使用率分别达到 ：瑞士70%，荷兰60%，德国30%，奥地
利30%，英国25%。此外，日本、韩国、澳大利亚等国家，冷凝式锅
炉的生产和研制也达到了一定的规模和水平。
由于对冷凝式锅炉的认识不足，生产厂家推广和研发不力，我国冷
凝式锅炉还基本处于空白状态。随着我国社会经济发展，人们节能
环保的诉求越来越高，对锅炉制造企业和锅炉使用单位都提出了更
高的要求。
作为“中国绿色环保锅炉第一品牌”，双良依托十余年锅炉研发制造
积累，采用烟气冷凝技术，成功推出冷凝式锅炉产品 ：WNS型冷凝
锅炉，节能效果更显著，热效率超过100%。
Current Status of Development
Condensing boiler is firstly studied and applied in western developed countries. Since
a Dutch invented the condensing boiler in 1979, people from French, Britain, Austria,
Germany and America have developed condensing boilers successively with a high
production and research level. In European and American countries, governments
encourage people to use such condensing boilers; so the demand keeps increasing.
The utilization rate of condensing boilers reaches respectively at the following level,
i.e., 70% in Switzerland, 60% in Holland, 30% in Germany, 30% in Austria, 25% in
Britain. Additionally, in Japan, South Korea and Australia, condensing boilers have
been produced and developed to a certain scale and level.
Because of insufficient understanding of condensing boilers and ineffective promotion
and R&D by manufacturers, condensing boilers are still a blank in China. However,
with social and economic development in China, people’s request for energy-saving
and environmental protection is increasing and higher requirements are given to boiler
manufacturers and users.
As a “Top One Brand of China Green Boilers”, depending on more than one decade’s
experiences in boiler R&D and manufacturing, adopting flue gas condensing technol-
ogy, Shuangliang has successfully developed condensing boiler product, WNS Type
condensing boiler, with more obvious results in energy saving and higher than 100%
thermal efficiency.

9. 可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）充足的预留端口和积木式的扩充模块，可实现群控、远程监控

‹‹ All-around on-line help, multi-stage pop-up menu in Chinese and trouble-shooting guidance largely facilitate op-
eration and maintenance for users.
‹‹ The all-around safety interlock protection function ensures the boiler to be operated in a safe and highly-efficient
manner.
‹‹ PLC boasts a sufficient number of reserved ports and cordwood-type extension modules to achieve group control,
remote monitoring and building control, therefore decreasing repetitive investment for users with special develop-
ment needs.
‹‹ Several boilers can be interconnected via networking. You can automatically select the number of boilers for
operation and distribute the load of each boiler without setting up a main console.

cal-control programming, which features a high level of boring precision.
American ESAB numerical-control plasma cutting machine
Full-automatic cutting and blanking, which helps to cut plates of any geometrical
shape through the automatic programming of the computer so as to ensure a high
level of precision of the dimensions of the parts.
A lifting ability of 300t of the bridge crane
PANGBORN large shot blast machine
Used to eliminate the rust slags on the surface of the material, strengthen paint
adhesion, increase the surface strength of the material, reduce the stress and
lengthen the service life.
Numerical-control planer drilling machine
Conducting pore processing to pipe sheets with numerical-control programming,
which features a high level of processing precision.
Austrian IGM welding robot
It can adjust the welding gun to any angle of the space and is equipped with arc-
control weld seam sensors, tracking devices and welding gun cleaning devices so
as to guarantee the best welding quality.

Monolithic heat-treatment furnace
A great heat-treatment ability, the maximum treatment overall dimensions being
5m×5m×20m, heating by burning natural gas, equipped with 50 burners, heat-
treatment temperature-holding precision being ±10℃ and temperature-control
precision being ±5℃. It is a Category-lll heat-treatment furnace.
