ALL THE EXAMPLES CONTAIN JUST ONE STAR IN EACH ROW, COLUMN AND (SOMETIMES) REGION

1) SIMPLE LOOP (X POINTS)

Draw a single loop consisting of vertical and horizontal line segments, so that is passes through the centre
of each empty cell exactly once. The loop can never cross itself.

2) SIMPLE LOOP STARBATTLE (X POINTS)

Place two stars in every row and column. The stars can't touch each other, not even diagonally. Stars can't
overlap the black cells. Then draw a single loop consisting of vertical and horizontal line segments, so that it
passes through the centre of each empty cell exactly once. The loop can never cross itself.

3) FOUR WINDS (X POINTS)

Draw one or more horizontal and/or vertical lines from each number in the grid. Each number indicates the
number of cells covered by all lines starting from that number (the cell with the number not included). Lines
may neither cross nor overlap.

of cells covered by all lines starting from that number (the cell with the number not included). Lines may

3x3 square.

8) SUDOKU STARBATTLE (X POINTS)

Fill in the whole grid with numbers from 1 to 7 so that no digit is repeated within a row, a column or an outlined
3x3 square. Then place two stars in every row and column and outlined 3x3 square. The stars can't overlap
the numbers and can't touch each other, not even diagonally.

11) LITS (X POINTS)
Shade exactly four cells in each of the outlined regions so that they are orthogonally interconnected within
the region and form one of the given shapes. Identical pieces may not touch each other orthogonally.
Tetrominoes may be rotated and reflected, however they are still considered as the same type. All the shaded
cells must be interconnected. Shaded cells cannot form a 2x2 square.

12) LITS STARBATTLE (X POINTS)
