Providing Support to O&M team for Network stability & Fault rectification.
Providing Support to FTTH, Trouble Shooting of OLT, ONT, Power Testing.
Looking after the Operation & Maintenance of SIEMENS V.17 EWSD Exchange, remote sites as DLU
(SIEMENS) & DLC, MSAN (UT Starcom, Huawei), ALU MSAN (Alcatel Lucent), Huawei Soft Switch (NGN).
Network connectivity troubleshooting.
Performance Monitoring and troubleshooting of server Health Checkup.
Taking System Backups & Generation of Switch Traffic & Performance Reports / Statistics & Performs
corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinating with RA team for CDR verification.
Working on EWSD, UT-NMS, ALU-NMS, Huawei NMS, BMC Remedy, Citrix tools.
Generation & resolution of TT in remedy for faults & assigning it to different support team for resolution.
Alarm Monitoring and Fault management of ALU, Nokia Siemens and UT-Star Networks
Daily Backup management of Switches & Switch Maintenance activities.
CIC Testing, E1 Rectification.
Opening tickets with vendor and follow up.
Health checkup and Maintaining F1 level of Switches.
Taking the CDR files from the server and submitted to respective department for customer billing support.
Incoming routing From TDM to NGN & IMS.
Providing solution to network complaints related to Incoming Calls, Outgoing Calls, Delay Dial Tone, No dial
tone.
Call barring and unbarring in TDM and NGN.
Education:
B.Tech. in Information Technology from G.L.A.I.T.M., Mathura (G.L.A University).
