1.INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS:

conditions and attachment contained herein. By submitting a quotation
the tenderer accepts and agrees to comply with these requirements.

1.1 Your quotation must be submitted on your Company Letterhead,

dispatched and submitted in accordance with the following instructios.

1.2 Any quotation received after the bid close date and time indicated
in (page 1) maybe rejected.

3.PRICING :
Quotation must show, Net Line Item Price, Unit of Measure, Line
Item Quantity, Extended Price, Total Value for all items and best
delivery on the following basis.

3.1 INCOTERMS 2000 :

Ex-Works,Export Packed, DDP-QP Stores.

Attestation of documents for (Road/Sea Shipment Only) : The

original certificate origin and original invoice must be certified
by the Chamber of Commerce in the country or origin and provided
by the Seller.

3.2 DOCUMENTATION / CERTIFICATION - REQUIRED [X] :

3.3 VALIDITY : 90 Days

3.4 PAYMENT TERMS : Net 45 Days

4. WARRANTIES - GUARANTEES :
Terms as per QP General Terms & Conditions Schedule C, Article 10

5. MATERIALS REQUIREMENTS :
The material to be quoted must be exactly as specified in the
specification attached, alternative may be accepted but all
deviations from our specification must be clearly stated otherwise
they may be rejected.

6. MARKING & TAGGING REQUIREMENTS :

All documentation and each Item, Box, Section or Crate is to be
securely labelled with indestructable tags carrying the following
markings :
PO NO., PO ITEM NO., EQUIPMENT TAG NO., AND MATERIAL NUMBER as

8. TERMS & CONDITIONS :

QP GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, SCHEDULE "C" SHALL
APPLY TO ANY PURCHASE BY QP RESULTING FROM YOUR QUOTATION. QP
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ALL OR ANY PART OF YOUR
QUOTATION. UNIT PRICES QUOTED MUST BE VALID FOR ONE OR ALL ITEMS
IN CASE OF PARTIAL ORDER AWARD.
