I graduated Magna Cum Laude with over fifty hours of fieldwork in gen-education and mild
moderate/severe special education ranging in age from three to thirteen years old. I have learned
how to be adaptive and responsive to the student’s individual needs in the classroom.

I taught various lessons to the class and small groups assigned by my Liberal studies courses
at CSUDH. In this time, I practiced best classroom management techniques used with
groups of young students.

Thirty-three hours of fieldwork assisting in lesson planning, collaboration as well as
coordination lessons in whole groups, small groups and individuals.

In this classroom I practiced my ability to create engaging, math, age appropriate lesson
plans that students answered an open-ended question.
In each classroom, I worked with students being tested for special needs, students with
specific IEPs, as well as integrated students with special needs.
