DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation made and executed in xxxxxxxxxx Occidental,
Philippines by:

hereinafter referred as the DONOR;
- in favor of -
Most Rev. Damaso Fray Butod., representing The Roman Catholic
Archdiocese of Spratlys, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Archbishop
Compound, Chancery Office, Kalayaan, West Phil, hereinafter called the
DONEE;
That the DONOR is the legal owner of the statue/image of the xxxxxxxxx having
bought the same from a seller, described as follows:

That the DONEE Church which was the original owner of the same image that
was perpetually enshrined in the Cathedral of the xxxxxxxxx of this city until
xxxxxxxxxxx

WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the love and affection as well as
profound respect of the DONOR for the DONEE and of the Catholic faithful
of the Archdiocese for which this image rightly belongs for popular
devotion, the said DONOR by these presents CEDE, TRANSFER, and
CONVEY, by way of Donation unto the said DONEE the abovementioned
and described image of the xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
That the DONOR do hereby state for the purpose of giving effect to
this donation that he has reserved unto himself sufficient property to
support himself in a manner appropriate to his needs.
ACCEPTANCE
That the DONEE does hereby accept the foregoing donation from
the Donor and for which he expresses his sincere appreciation and
gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have set our hands this 8th day of
