This microcode update addresses three issues:
1) Data inconsistency could occur when creating an FCv2 relationship using a TC Sync or TC Async volume as the primary.
2) "No Record Found" could be reported despite mismatched DSB and CSB values during a SCH KEY command.
3) Multiple WCHK1 errors could occur in a TrueCopy Async to ShadowImage cascade configuration when the TrueCopy pair was paired and ShadowImage pair was split.

(1) TC Sync S-VOL data inconsistency, FCv2/TC Async/XRC suspend
Item Description Contents [Phenomenon 1] When a Compatible Mirroring for IBM Flash Copy Version2 (FCv2) relationship that uses the True Copy Sync (TC Sync) primary volume as the FCv2 primary volume is created, the FCv2 relationship may suspend, and a data inconsistency may occur in TC Sync secondary volume. [Phenomenon 2] If an FCv2 relationship uses the TC Async primary volume as the created FCv2 primary volume, TC Async pair may suspend. Conditions [Phenomenon 1] With A1 and A2 met, this phenomenon may occur. A1. The TC Sync pair is in the PENDING or DUPLEX state A2. A FCv2 relationship whose P-VOL is also the TC Sync P-VOL described in A1 is created [Phenomenon 2] With B1 and B2 met, this phenomenon may occur. B1: The TC Async pair is in the PENDING or DUPLEX state B2: A FCv2 relationship whose P-VOL is also the TC Async P-VOL described in B1 is created Category Compatible Mirroring for IBM Flash Copy Version 2 Changed DKCMAIN
(2) DSB/CSB Unmatched when Performing SCH KEY
Item Description Contents When SCH KEY was performed and record KL=0 was being searched, “No Record Found” was reported while DSB=0C and CSB=40 were reported from the IBM storage. Conditions The problem occurs with all the conditions met. 1. FICON 2. Chain commands …/RD C/SCH KEY/Tic(-16) 3. Record KL=0 is on the track being searched Category FICON Changed DKCMAIN
(3) WCHK1 occurred in multiple MPs in TC-SI cascade configuration
Item Description Contents In the cascade configuration of True Copy (Async)-Shadow Image, WCHK1 may occur in multiple CHP in the RCU. Conditions This phenomenon may occur with all the conditions met. A. True Copy(Async)-Shadow Image cascade configuration B. Shadow Image pair has the consistency group configuration C. Shadow Image pair has the LUSE configuration (combining 10 or more LDEV) D. When the True Copy(Async) pair is in the PAIR status, the Shadow Image pair is split Category Shadow Image Changed DKCMAIN
