Clinical Phase Attendance Policy

Attendance is mandatory during clinical rotations, unless absent for reasons of illness or participation in
an event sanctioned by Trine University. In case of an absence during the clinical phase, the student
must personally call the clinical coordinator and the clinical site preceptor. The student must also issue
an email to the clinical coordinator detailing the reason for the absence. Failure to do so will result in an
unexcused absence.
