10 saal se zaayid arsa hua ye Ulema council mai Shamil (include) hai aur Fi-alhaal Sadr (head) hai.

Ulema Council mai Shia, Wahabi, Deobandi, Rafzi wagaira har Firqe ke log shaamil hai.

Aur iska Maqsad hai Saare kalma goh Firqo ke beech ittehaad paida karna.

apni rawish nahi badli.

Hairat ki baat ye hai ke aise Gumraah shakhs ko Sunni Dawat e islami (SDI) walo ne Sar par baitha rakha
hai.
Usi ki Masjid yaani Ismail Habeeb Masjid ko apna Markaz bana rakha hai.

Wahi par hafta waari ijtema ka in'eqaad hota hai aur Door door se log waha aaker Maulvi Zehruddeen
ke peeche namaaz padhte hai.

Is baare mai jab Janasheen e Huzur Mufti e Aazam TajushSharia'h Allama Akhter Raza (Azhari miya) ne
Ameer Saheb (Shakir Ali) ko Samjhaya, to kuch saalo pehle unhone Hazrat se waada kiya aur Tehreer likh
kar di ke- " Mai 6 mahine mai is shakhs ko samjha duga agar nahi samjhega to mai isko chod duga".

Afsos !! Ke Ameer Saheb apne waade se mukar gae aur Aaj bhi us Shakhs se jude hue hai aur unhe Izzat

Ameer Saheb ki is hattdharmi ka nateeja ye hua ke-

November 2007 ke Saalaana Ijtema mai Maulvi Zehruddeen ne Taqreer ki jismai Sakht Galat baate aur
Gumraah kun Jumle kahe.

Us Taqreer ke Kuch Jumle Haazir hai bagaur dekhe.

IS KI KYA ZAROORAT HAI ?

Dekha aap ne ???

Shio ki taareef kar raha hai aur Darood padhaane ko Rasme Badd kehraha hai.

Fir kehte hai-

"" YAHA KYA ? KUCH NAHI.

Lo ye kya bol gaya aap socho.

Aage kehta hai-

""YAHA SAB DUNYA BHAR KA TAKALLUF HAI-

JUBBA, QUBBA, DASTAAR, YE VO KOI CHEEZ KHALI NAHI".

Dekho is jumle mai SUNNAT E RASOOL YAANI JUBBA AUR DASTAAR KO TAKALLUF KAHRAHA HAI.

Fir aage Hazrat e Abdulla ibne Masood Radi allahu ta'ala anh ki ek riwaayat ki (Hadees ki) tashreeh karte
hue kehta hai-

""ABHI MAI PADH RAHA HU.

GHABRAAIYEGA NAHI KE AAP KO AISE HI CHODH DUGA.

ABHI ISKI "HINDI KI CHINDI" KARNE KI KOSHISH KARUGA"".

Is jumle mai Hadees ki tashreeh ko HINDI KI CHINDI karna kehraha hai.

Dekho ab is jumle mai

Sunni Dawat e islami ke stage se Maulvi Zehruddeen kitni khatarnaak baat keh raha hai aur Maslak e
Aalahazrat jo haqeeqat mai Maslak e Ahlesunnat hai uspar Hamla Kar raha hai....

Kehta hai-

""DEEN QAYAM KARO HUZOOR DEEN LEKAR AAE

5 parameters of selecting best mutual fund scheme

At the onset let me clarify that best mutual fund scheme does not mean the best in returns, but the one
best suited to your risk profile and goals and the one that is good in its peer group. The biggest mistake
that mutual fund investors make is selecting mutual funds only on the basis of performance and that too
just the recent performance.

There are some investors who consider only the star ratings given by various research agencies. These
star ratings can be one of the factors to look at, but there are many other parameters that one should
look into before finalising a mutual fund portfolio.

Also read: Mutual Funds soar high as markets end higher

The aim of this article is to apprise you with some of those parameters.

1. Performance Ranking

More than the recent or long term performance of any scheme its ranking among peers should be
looked at. To find out the ranking you need to check out the quartile ranking which will show how the
fund has performed quarter on quarter among its peer group. In quartile ranking each quartile
comprises of 25 percent of peer group schemes.

So one may select the scheme which has remained in top quartile most of the time. If at all you find your
scheme going below 3rd quartile in a couple of consecutive quarters it hints that time has come to exit
the scheme. You can find these rankings from the factsheets of various AMCs and also on some mutual
funds research websites.

2. Ratio analysis

Risk and return ratios like standard deviation, Sharpe ratio etc. I have discussed in my earlier article on
Measuring Mutual funds risk. Along with those ratios, one also should check out the ALPHA of the fund.
Alpha tells us what extra or less the fund manager has generated out of a given portfolio in comparison
to benchmark.
In other words alpha is the performance ranking of the fund manager. You may check how often the
fund manager has generated positive alpha in last few quarters and also keep a watch on its consistency
going forward.

3. Total expense ratio

Expense ratio is very important parameter to be looked at while selecting any mutual fund scheme. All
fund management and distribution related expenses are borne by the scheme. This means high expense
ratio will affect the fund’s returns.

Though mutual fund’s total expense ratio has been capped by SEBI, still lower the better unless we get
some extraordinary return by paying higher expenses for fund management.

4. Fund manager tenure and experience

Fund manager plays a very important role in the fund’s performance. Though it is a process oriented
approach but still fund manager is the ultimate decision maker and his experience and view point counts
a lot. You should know who is the fund manager of the scheme and what is his past track record.

You should also look at the performance of other funds which he is managing. If the fund manager of
the scheme has recently been changed, don’t panic. Just keep a watch on his performance by looking at
alpha and quarter to quarter performance.

If you find that due to change in the fund manager there is considerable effect on the fund’s
performance which does not suit your risk appetite then you may make a decision to exit.

5. Scheme asset size

This parameter is different for debt and equity schemes. In equity the comfortable asset size in
hundreds of crores, in debt it should be in thousands of crores as the investment value per investor is
higher in debt funds. 90 percent of total assets under management (AUM) of the mutual fund industry
are invested in debt funds, so your selected scheme assets should also have a considerable AUM.
Less AUM in any scheme is very risky as you don’tknow who the investors are and what quantum of
investments they have in this particular scheme.

Exit of any big investor out of any mutual fund may impact its overall performance very badly and the
remaining investors in a scheme will have to bear the impact. In schemes with larger AUMs this risk gets
minimised.

You must have observed that all the above mentioned parameters are overlapping each other in some
way or the other. A good fund manager will automatically result in better performance and thus
improve the quartile ranking and would also generate good alpha.

High scheme assets will help in reducing the total expense ratio of the scheme. But, as the popular
saying goes- ‘There is no scientific way to choose tomorrow’s best funds today’, so one should review
the current selection every quarter or half yearly.

Here's how to chart a long-term career in BPO

July 05, 2006 13:16 IST

Who wouldn't be impressed with the career graph of Pallab Roy? How many 25-year-olds can boast of
receiving 10 promotions in a five-year career? What makes this Bangalore-based programme manager's
achievements exceptional is that it has happened in the BPO industry, where on an average, 40 to 45
out of every 100 employees quit jobs every year.

While factors like odd timings and stressful work are a major cause of employee attrition despite high
entry-level salaries -- often Rs 2 lakh (Rs 200,000) per annum or more -- the image of BPO jobs being a
short-term career option has only reinforced this phenomenon.
Ironically, the 'fun at work' image that attracted most of the current 416,000 BPO employees, has also
become the culprit in causing high employee attrition.

But all this is changing. Thanks to pressures on billing rates that are impacting revenues and the
emergence of other BPO destination countries, high attrition rates are proving to be too costly for
employers. They are making all-out efforts to provide long-term growth opportunities to their
employees.

The pay-offs of a long-term BPO career are quite attractive: the entry level salaries can almost triple at
Rs 5.6-5.9 lakh (Rs 560,000-590,000) per annum with 5-6 years experience at the senior levels. That's
not all. Job definitions are equally challenging. You could be leading a large team like Pallab, who now
heads a 500-person team.

Revolving door phenomenon

For about six years now, BPO jobs have proved to be irresistible for fresh college graduates. A basic
degree and good communication skills can land a Rs 2 lakh a year job, besides perquisites that range
from home-to-workplace transport, snazzy cafeterias and even 'Chief Fun Officers' to enliven the
workplace atmosphere. But once in, people realise that BPO jobs are not all about just having fun.

The dark, other side

Employees, especially those in call centres, have to deal with the monotony of long shifts. Interacting
with irate customers and the stress of being on call for more than eight hours a day often leads to burn-
outs. Says Smitie Misra, GM-HR, Interglobe Technologies, a travel technology firm: "Over a period of
time work gets to be monotonous, as there is limited exposure to domain knowledge." Many experts
call this the revolving door phenomenon.
The times they are a- changin'

Employee attrition in the middle level, however, is half compared to the entry level. In companies with a
track record of more than five years, entry-level employees are increasingly witnessing demonstrable
gains raked in by their seniors. Much of it can be attributed to efforts made by companies to create
career growth opportunities.

Examples of two leading BPO outfits illustrate the point. Says S Nagarajan, founder and COO, 24/7
Customer, "We have professionals in the 23-27 age group, managing profit centres from Rs 1 crore (Rs
10 million) to Rs 30 crore (Rs 300 million), something unheard of in other industries."

The story is similar at Progeon. Says Vijay Menon, vice president, marketing, Progeon: "At Progeon, with
over 500 processes and a 177 per cent growth rate since inception we offer employees enormous
opportunities for growth."

Burgeoning opportunities

Much of the burgeoning career opportunities in the BPO industry will also emerge from the industry's
transition to higher value-added activities such as feature rich and non-voice transactions such as
invoice processing, besides company and equity research. Equally exciting opportunities will be
generated by knowledge process outsourcing (KPO).

Here, professionally skilled employees would be expected to handle back-end transactions ranging from
data analytics to legal process outsourcing, hi-tech discrete manufacturing, healthcare, retail, energy,
utilities and resource planning for global corporations. Says Madhusudan Rajagopalan, director, India
operations, Aranca, a Mumbai-based KPO: "The rate of attrition in the KPO industry is as low as 10 per
cent." Consider the career path of Anthony Alex, a KPO employee.

Alex quit his job as a partner in a prestigious Mumbai-based law firm to join the legal outsourcing firm,
Pangea3, in early 2006. Says Alex: "At a law firm, the consultation provided is limited to India-related
transactions. However, at Pangea3, the number of Fortune 500 clients signing on for services on a global
basis, is astounding. I cannot imagine a larger and more challenging career opportunity."

Says Karthikeyan Selvaraj, Head-HR, HP BPO India: "We employ MBAs, CAs and PhDs. They are with us to
pursue a career with HP, not just for a job." Increasingly, BPO jobs are no longer remaining a fad. It is
time that employees developed a clear-cut strategy to get in and get ahead in the rapidly expanding
world of outsourced business. We present a gameplan for doing it.

Building a long-term BPO career

Set medium-term goals. Spend a minimum of 3-4 years in a BPO outfit to gain in-depth knowledge of
functions and operations. Anything less just turns you into a rolling stone that gathers no moss. This is
particularly true now as BPOs are focussing on innovative people policies to stem attrition.

Says Perry Madan, partner, Elixir Web Solutions, a recruitment process outsourcing company: "One of
the initiatives BPOs are taking today is to focus on promoting people from within the ranks, ensuring a
faster career growth for an employee who stays compared to the one who quits." Pallab Roy's career is
a case in point.

Roy joined 24/7 Customer on a campus placement after a graduate course in environmental science. His
sole aim: earn some money to fund his MBA studies in Australia, from where he had bagged admission
offers from three different colleges. However, once on the job, Roy realised that the scope of learning
offered in areas ranging from financial services to telecom within voice-based transaction processing
itself was enormous.

Less than a year after joining 24/7, Roy was heading a team of 15 and handling calls from the US. Soon
he moved on to a UK-outbound programme and within 18 months had graduated to becoming a
manager handling a Canadian outbound programme as well. Now, after five years on the job, Roy
handles a team of 500 professionals focussed on financial services, insurance and telecom in three
different geographies -- the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Says Pallab: "I realised that I had gained proficiency within the voice-based transaction space and
decided to stay in it while I gained knowledge of different verticals." Along the way, he revived his plan
of further education, opting for a distance-learning MBA in lieu of the Australian programme he had
forsaken to build a career.

Now with 24/7 moving into knowledge processing, Pallab feels with his domain knowledge skills, he has
unlimited growth options ahead of him.

Leverage benefits
"Never before in a workplace have organisations been more accommodating towards employees as in
the BPO industry," says 31 year old Sangeeta Malhotra, general manager-BPO Operations, Artech
Infosystems. As a BPO employee, you have a range of training options, funding and support to acquire
higher educational degrees, and sabbatical leave offered both to augment skills as well as to acquire
new ones.

Training programmes range from customer engagement modules devised to help managers
communicate more effectively with global customers to those that increase the level of inter-personal
skills and build a high level of cultural sensitivity essential for success in the BPO environment.

Says Progeon's Menon: "In a role-based organisation, employees know what their current skills are and
can clearly see what additional competencies are required for a higher role." Therefore, the optimum
way to acquire those extra skills is through a combination of training, certification and internal job
rotation -- this has now become a part of the culture in a BPO set-up.

Says Elixir's Madan: "It is up to the employee to actively volunteer for training and certification
programmes."

Be a self-starter who can push yourself ahead, as organisations are clearly more than willing to meet you
half-way in a journey to enhance career opportunities. Malhotra made use of flexible work hours and
employer support to acquire an MBA as well as industry-standard green belt certification while still on
the job. The results are apparent. In a career spanning 12 years, she has risen from an associate earning
Rs 3,500 per month to a general manager with a compensation package of Rs 16 lakh (Rs 1.6 million) per
annum plus perks.

Track your career path

Typically, BPOs attract basic graduates and then train them in processes that further career growth.
Rather than formal degrees, in BPOs the speed with which you assimilate new information and
implement learning in an on-the-job the situation is crucial to your career growth.

Take the case of Bharat Balan, 31, who began as an associate in a Chennai-based insurance BPO after a
commerce degree. Moving to Bangalore in the year 2000, Balan picked up a job at 24/7 focussing on
building competencies in operations, training and quality management.
"The company was in a growth phase and it was easy for me to build cross-functional skills by opting for
internal job rotation." It was a move that paid off. When he moved to another BPO outfit for 18 months,
Balan was headhunted back by his former employers who were enthused by his ability to take on new
challenges.

Given the high level of attrition and the constant search for talent, companies tend to maintain a
dialogue with ex-employees -- constantly monitoring their progress and luring them back with jobs that
leverage newer skill sets they may have developed.

Says Dan Sandhu, chairman, Vertex India, a UK-headquartered voice BPO: "People relationships matter.
We realise that employees who move out for personal growth are attractive hires for a higher position
in due course of time."

This is exactly what transpired when Balan returned to 24/7 as head of recruitment in 2004. "I was keen
on a leadership role in a function I had never attempted before. It was possible to do so because I had
demonstrated cross-functional ability in the past."

Growing within the realm of opportunities is a clear way to forge ahead. In 11 years, Balan has grown
from an associate to being the country head for recruitment. "With a commerce degree, this level of
growth would not have been possible in any other industry," he says.

Heightened mobility and cross-functional movement within the BPO world is also a function of active
employee performance review and mentoring. Such reviews are conducted every six months,
sometimes even every quarter, job roles are re-assigned and fresh training programmes ordered for the
ones in the fast track.

Says Piyush Mehta, senior VP-HR, Genpact: "Approximately 25 per cent of employees are promoted
every year." This is possible due to the exponential growth in the BPO sector, with businesses growing at
an average of 100 per cent annually. Tracking your career growth along with that of your company
clearly pays.

Develop specialist skills. Till now a generalists' domain, outsourcing is fast emerging as a sector where
specialist skills are in high demand. Says Aranca's Rajagopalan: "As the work in KPOs is a lot more
complex than in a BPO, people in this sector are much more ambitious."
Recruitment here is competency-based and business model driven -- MBA Finance, CA or CFA, lawyers,
researchers and analysts for value-added functions.

Companies also focus on developing leadership skills as they transit to a KPO environment. At HP BPO,
the LEAP programme or the leadership advancement programme creates a pipeline for future leaders by
identifying talent in the existing workforce and grooming them for future, based on performance
tracking and potential mapping processes. As a KPO tends to be a specialist skill-driven organisation,
such outfits offer employees two clear streams of growth: technical and managerial leadership path.

Says Pangea3's co-founder Sanjay Kamlani, "Employees are given the freedom to choose their path in
either the technical or leadership roles where they have to mentor junior people."

Hone your soft skills

It's not just managerial and operational skills that you need to hone. Soft skills including people
management, communication, cultural sensitivity and a high level of discipline to regulate one's internal
bio-clock are vital too. Use the facilities employers provide to hone your soft skills.

Map performance metrices

You need to start doing this early in your career. Typically, Key Result Areas (KRAs) for each employee
are laid out annually and monitored on a monthly basis. The variable pay component is based on
monthly monitoring and higher variable pay can mean higher increments. In addition, in knowledge-
driven sectors, stock options plans exist from day one for every employee as do a host of options such as
performance-based bonus.

At Pangea3, there is a system of deferred bonus -- cash rewards are invested on behalf of the employee.
At the end of four years, star performers receive the consolidated amount plus the interest earned. This
helps retain employees too. At Bangalore-based Progeon, employees enjoy discounts on a range of
services. They can buy branded goods at discounts, get employee-referral bonus and easy-paced
financial assistance policies.

Looking ahead, banking on a BPO career is likely to be handsomely rewarding. Lucrative pay would
continue to be among the key features of a BPO career. According to the Offshore and Nearshore
ITO/BPO Salary Report, 2006, authored by NeoIT, a California-headquartered IT/ITES consultancy firm,
salaries will post a compounded annual growth rate of 8 per cent, with the median salary of a BPO
professional in India expected to touch $11,879 (Rs 5.9 lakh) by year 2010, up from the present $8,485
(Rs 4.2 lakh). When you add the variable pay that is often as much as 30 per cent of the salary, we are
talking big bucks here.

Clearly, a BPO career looks like a great long-term bet.

Dangling the carrot

The emergence of new service lines in the outsourcing segment including insurance underwriting,
telemedicine, consultancy is definitely expected to buoy up demand for talent in the BPO industry that
currently employs over 416,000 Indians.

By 2010, the IT and BPO sectors alone are expected to employ over 2 million people. To stem the tide of
attrition, employers are going all out to woo employees. Some of the popular incentives being offered:

Stock options: Back in favour as a popular retention tool, ESOPs are common in KPO firms, which employ
highly skilled professionals like doctors, lawyers chartered accountants and MBAs.

Performance-based bonus: This can be awarded either in the form of additional stock options in ESOP-
driven firms or even as cash incentives in some cases.

Deferred bonus: Cash incentives that are over and above performance bonuses, accrued and invested in
the name of the employee and handed over to her as a lump sum after a period of 2-4 years.

Transportation: BPO companies provide transport for home to office and back for its employees.

Shopping discounts: Special employee shops that stock branded goods at special prices negotiated by
the company.

Referral bonus: Recommending new hires to the employer sometimes earn a hefty cash bonus for the
employees.

Welfare facilities: These include 24/7 food courts, vending machines, health and fitness centres,
specially structured financial assistance and subsidised loan schemes.

Health benefits: Medical support, health insurance schemes that cover parents, spouse and children.

Durood Shareef are equivalent and give full benefits, but some selected and very promptly accepted and
favoured Durood Shareefs are the following:-

1. DUROOD-E-IBRAHIMI

ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI MUHAMMADIN KAMAA SALLAITA ALA
IBRAHIMA WA ALA AALI IBRAHIMA INNAKA HAMIDUM MAJID. ALLAHUMMA BAARIK ALA

Ibrahim and his family. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. Allah, bless Muhammad and the family
of Muhammad, as you have blessed Ibrahim and his family. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious”.

The famous companion of the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), Hadrat Ka’ab bin Ujrah (radi Allahu
anhu), narrates that once it was enquired from Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) as to
how blessings should be sent to him. The Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) replied that the blessings
be said in the manner (it has been mentioned) above, that is, Durood-e-Ibrahimi.

2. DUROOD-E-NAHARIYA

ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA SALAWATAN KAMILATAW WA SALLIM SALAAMAN TAAAMAN ALA SAYYIDINA

which is endless on Muhammad, our master, and on his descendants and his Companions, and may, for

SALLAL LAAHU ALAIHI WA ALA AALI WA ASHABIHI HAQQA QADRIHI MIQDAARIHIL AZEEM.

“O Allah! May Thy grace, peace and blessings rest on Muhammad, our Master, who opens that which is
closed, and closes that which is preceded, who helps truth with truth, and who guided mankind to Thy
straight path. May blessings of Allah be on him and his Family and Companions as according to his
exalted position befitting his merit and his high rank”.

Actually, this Durood Shareef is in the Holy Quran; but then it was kept a secret. Hadrat Abu-Bakr
Siddique (radi Allahu anhu), the first Caliph of Islam, used to recite it daily without fail. Some narrations
say that it is because of this Durood that he was awarded the title of “Siddique” which means “Testifier
to the Truth”.

Hadrat Abul Muqqarab (radi Allahu anhu) says that a man’s total sins will be washed away if he recites
Durood-e-Fath for forty days continuously.

Hadrat Shaikh Muhammad Bakari (radi Allahu anhu) says that the recitation of Durood-e-Fath once a
day relieves the reciter from the Fire of Hell.

Hadrat Syed Ahmed Hillam (radi Allahu anhu) says that Durood-e- Fath was the most favourite routine
of Hadrat Ghaus-e-Azam, Sheikh Abdul Qaadir Jilani (radi Allahu anhu) of Baghdad Shareef.

The great Saints also say that Durood-e-Fath is actual and real light.

Hadrat Sheikh Yusuf Bin Ismail (radi Allahu anhu) says that this Durood Shareef is the greatest mystery of
Allah. It brings 100% success and happiness to the reciter. In fact, this Durood Shareef brings prosperity
and favour and solves all the complex problems by the Grace of Allah. When a man recites this Durood
Shareef, the Angels of Allah surround him, mercy covers him and peace starts descending on him.

4. DUROOD-E-SHAFI’I
ALLAHUMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIN KULLAMA ZAKARAHUZ ZAAKIRUNA WA KULLAMA GHAFALA UN
ZIKRIHIL GHAFILUN.

“O Allah! Shower blessings on Muhammad and his children whenever he is remembered by those who
remember him, and shower blessings on Muhammad and family whenever he is not remembered by the
negligent, and grant him peace constantly in abundance”.

This Durood Shareef is called Durood-e-Shafi’i because Hadrat Imam Shafi’i (radi Allahu anhu) used to
recite it constantly and he received glad tidings of Jannah in this world. This Durood Shareef is of a very
great significance. It brings tremendous prosperity, health, happiness and success in this and the next
world.

Hadrat Allama Sakhavi (radi Allahu anhu) has written in his book that Abdullah bin Abdul Hakam saw
Hadrat Imam Shafi’i (radi Allahu anhuma) in a dream after his death and inquired about life after death.
Imam Shafi’i (radi Allahu anhu) told him that because of the continuous recitation of the above Durood
Shareef, Allah Ta’ala gave him the most exalted position of the highest grade in Heaven and forgave him.
Hadrat Imam Muzni (radi Allahu anhu) has also narrated exactly the same story.

This Durood Shareef is of a very great significance. It brings tremendous prosperity, health and
happiness and success in this world and the Aakirah.

5. DUROOD-E-DAWAAMI

ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADIN ADADA

“O Allah! Shower blessings on Muhammad, our master, in the number that is in Thy knowledge such
blessings as may continue for ever eternal as Thy Kingdom”.

This Durood Shareef is of a very great value. If it is recited only once, it amounts to all the rewards of all
the Duroods. By reciting this Durood, one gets peace of mind and success in this world as well as in the
next. After reciting this Durood Shareef, the reciter can claim that he has recited almost all the Duroods
which are in this world known to the people. During days of upheavals, this Durood Shareef brings relief,
success and true happiness. It is mostly the Saints and very pious people who recite this Durood after
every prayer. They also recommended this Durood Shareef to all the needy.
6. DUROOD-E-TUNAJJINA

ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA SAYYIDINA WA MAULANA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI SAYYIDINA WA

MAULANA MUHAMMADIN SALAATAN TUNAJJINA BIHA MIN JAMI’IL AHWAALI WAL’AFAATI WA
TAQDILANA BIHA MIN JAMI’IL HAAJAATI WATU TAHIRUNA BIHA MIN JAMI’IS SAYYI AATI WATAR FA’UNA
BI HAA A’LAD DARAJAATI WATU BAL LIGHUNA BIHA AQSAL GHAAYAATI MIN JAMI’IL KHAIRAATI FIL
HAYAATI WABA’DAL MAMAATI INNAKA ALA KULLI SHAY IN QADEER.

“O Allah! Shower blessings on Muhammad, our Master, and his Family such blessings by means of which
Thou may relieve us of all anxieties and calamities. Thou may satisfy all our needs. Thou may clean us of
all evils and thanks for which Thou may grant us high position and high rank and status in Thy presence,
and Thou may lead us to the utmost limit of our aspirations and capacity in whatever is best in this
world as well as in the world Hereafter, as Thou has the full Power over everything”.

This Durood Shareef is always a cure for all calamities in the world of worldly affairs. It was taught by
Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) himself. To recite this Durood Shareef 70 times
during days of calamity, turmoil and trouble, is a must. It works wonders.

The great Scholar, Saint, Jurist and author, Imam ibn-Faikihani (radi Allahu anhu) says that there was
once a pious man called Sheikh Moosa Zareer (radi Allahu anhu). He embarked on a voyage by ship. Due
to a heavy storm, the ship started sinking. All the passengers on board started crying and clamouring,
but Sheikh Moosa Zareer (radi Allahu anhu) went to sleep. He saw the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi
wasallam) in his dream and the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) directed him and the passengers to
recite Durood-e-Tunajjina 1 000 times. Sheikh Moosa Zareer (radi Allahu anhu) got up and started the
recitation. As soon as he finished 300 Durood Shareefs, the storm subsided and the ship was saved. The
other ship on the high seas sank, but this ship reached its destination safely and soundly. This miracle
was a sufficient eye-opener for the members of the ship. It was by the Grace of Allah Ta’ala and Durood-
e-Tunajjina that all were saved.

All the Saints have unanimously given verdict that Durood-e-Tunajjina is the best cure of all ills and all
calamities of this world.

“O Allah! Send your blessings and peace on Muhammad, our Master, and on his Progeny and his
Companions according to the number of every letter in Quran and let each letter carry thousands of
blessings and salutations in it”.

This Durood Shareef is a very sacred one. If it is recited after every prayer, it is said that the reciter will
receive the Sawaab equivalent to the recital of the entire Holy Quran. After reading the verses of the
Holy Quran, this Durood Shareef should be recited 3 times.

8. DUROOD-E-SADAQAH

ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIN ABDIKA WA RASOOLIKA WA SALLI ALAL MU’MINEENA WAL
MU’MINAATI WAL MUSLIMEENA WAL MUSLIMAATI.

“O Allah! Shower Thy blessings and beneficence on Muhammad, Thy creature and Thy Messenger, and
shower beneficence on all men of faith and women of faith, and Muslim men and Muslim women”.

This Durood Shareef is a special one. Hadrat Abu Saeed Khudri (radi Allahu anhu), a close companion of
the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), says that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi
wasallam) said: “Whoever does not possess wealth to give in charity, should recite this Durood in his
Du’a. It will become a source of (spiritual) cleanliness for him”.Hadrat Abu Huraira (radi Allahu anhu)
says that the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Allah has said, ‘If you spend I shall spend
on you’”. This means that if you spend your money on others – the poor, sick, needy and the orphan –
Allah will give you in abundance. But, what if a man has nothing to give in charity? By reading Durood-e-
Sadaqah, it will suffice.

thy Salutations”.

Hadrat Shah Wali’ullah Dehlvi (radi Allahu anhu) said that his father commanded him to recite the above
Durood Shareef as it was the best one.

Hadrat Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu), a close companion of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi
wasallam), has said that if a person recites this Durood eighty times on Friday (after evening prayers),
then his sins equivalent to 80 years will be forgiven.

This is a very important Durood Shareef which brings forth immediate success and satisfaction to the
heart and the mind.

Hadrat Zarar bin Auzar (radi Allahu anhu), another companion of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi
wasallam) says that he used to recite this Durood Shareef and fight with the non-believers. In every
battle, he saw that success kissed his feet, and he never lost any battle on any day.

“O Allah! Bestow blessing and bounty on our Prophet and on his wives, who are the Mothers of the
Faithful, and on his descendants and on the members of his Household in the manner as Thou conferred
blessings on Prophet Ibrahim. Verily, thou art the Praiseworthy and the Glorious”.

Hadrat Ali (radi Allahu anhu) said that if any one wishes that he should get the maximum reward for one
