ABSTRAK

vinifera) Terhadap Kadar MDA Plasma Darah Tikus Putih ( Rattus novergicus
strain wistar) Model Hiperurisemia. Tugas Akhir. Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas
Muhammadiyah Malang.
Latar Belakang: Diet tinggi purin merupakan sumber radikal bebas. Biji anggur kulit hitam
(Vitis vinifera) mengandung polifenol yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan yang dapat
menurunkan kadar MDA. MDA adalah parameter radikal bebas dalam tubuh yang
merupakan hasil peroksidasi lipid
Tujuan: Membuktikan pengaruh ekstrak biji anggur kulit hitam (Vitis vinifera) terhadap
penurunan kadar MDA plasma tikus putih model hiperurisemia
Metode: Eksperimental , The Post Test Only Control Group Design. Sampel dibagi 5
kelompok. Kelompok 1 ( kontrol negatif), kelompok 2 ( kontrol positif) diberi jus otak
kambing 20 mg/kgbb/hari selama 8 hari, dan 3 kelompok diberi ekstrak biji anggur kulit
hitam (Vitis vinifera) dosis 0,9 mg/kgBB/hari, 2,7 mg/kgBB/hari, 5,4 mg/kgBB/hari selama
14 hari.
Hasil penelitian dan Diskusi: Uji One Way Anova dan post hoc bonferroni didapatkan
pengaruh yang signifikan (nilai sig = 0,000 < p 0,05) kadar MDA pada kelompok kontrol dan
kelompok perlakuan. Hasil uji korelasi didapatkan -0,961, menunjukkan besar hubungan kuat
dan arahnya negatif. Besarnya pengaruh kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan ekstrak biji
anggur kulit hitam terhadap penurunan kadar MDA sebesar 91,9 %. Dosis paling efektif
dalam menurunkan kadar MDA 5,4 mg/kgBB/hari
Kesimpulan: Pemberian ekstrak biji anggur kulit hitam (Vitis vinifera) dapat menurunkan
kadar MDA plasma darah tikus putih (Rattus novergicus strain wistar) model hiperurisemia

Blood Plasma MDA White Rat (Rattus novergicus strain wistar) Hyperuricemia. Final
Assigment. Faculty of Medicine, University of Muhammadiyah Malang.
Background: Comsumption high purine is a source of free radicals. Black Grape Skin Seed
Extract (Vitis vinifera) contains polyphenol that act as antioxidants and can reduce levels of
MDA. MDA is a parameter of free radicals in the body which is the result of lipid
peroxidation.
Objective: Demonstrate the effect of black grape skin seed extract (Vitis vinifera) to
decrease plasma MDA levels of white rats hyperuricemia
Methods: Experimental, The Post Test Only Control Group Design. Samples were divided 5
groups. Group 1 (negative control), group 2 (positive control) were given 20 mg/kgBB/day
brain goat juice day for 8 days, and the third group was given a black grape skin seed extract
(Vitis vinifera) dose of v0.9 mg/kgBB / day , 2.7 mg / k gBB / day, 5.4 mg/k gBB / day for
14 days.
Results and Discussion: One Way ANOVA dan post hoc bonferroni test found a significant
effect (sig = 0.000<p 0.05) between the control and treatment groups. Correlation test results
-0,961 shown the strong relationship and negative direction. The relationship betwen group
that given Black Grape Skin Seed Extract for decrease MDA level was 91,9 %. The effective
dossage for decrease MDA level was 5,4 mg/KgBB/day.
Conclusion: Giving black grape skin seed extract (Vitis vinifera) can decrease blood
plasmaMDA levels of white rats (Rattus novergicus strain wistar) hyperuricemia
