ABTRACT
One of the problems facing the province of Espinar is the presence of conflicts
related to the expansive activity of the large mining industry. The objective of
this study was to know the causes-implications and the relationships of socio-
environmental conflicts of the great mining industry in Espinar (1980-2013). For
this, information had to be collected in books, theses, videos, magazines about
this conflict in the province of Espinar. In the development of the conflict we will
announce the beginning of the conflict (the reasons that the community felt
indiscriminate by the company and by the state), the possible solutions
proposed at that time, for example, would be the dialogue table between the
company and the community, and finally in the situation that is currently the
relationship between the community and the mining in Espinar. After the
development of this conflict, we will present our respective conclusions on the
relationship between mining and the spine community.

MARCO GENERAL
MINERÍA EN EL PERÚ
CONFLICTO SOCIO-AMBIENTAL
