ABOUT THE AUTHOR(s)
Ela  Kashyap  Sharma  is  an  Assistant  Professor,  Amity  School  of  Engineering  and  Technology,  Amity
University, Noida. She was earlier working for Hewitt Associates as a System Analyst, and therefore,
has a vast knowledge of the corporate processes. Along with her teaching responsibilities, Ms. Sharma
is also involved in grooming the students through various Personality Development Programmes. She
