On June 1, 2017, Mr. Thompson spoke with his daughter M.T. on the phone. When Mrs. Thompson discovered the call was taking place, Mrs. Thompson berated her and daughter N.T. ‘were “grounded” from their father’s phone calls and M.T. and N.T.’s phones were tumed off 3. After going to Court on July 28, 2016, Mr. Thompson was allowed visitation with three (3) out of four (4) children. M.T. was “withheld” because of her purportedly being ‘uncomfortable. Ms. Thompson hasn't seen or talked with M.T. since other than on August 13" when he dropped the other children off from visitation. 4, On August 6" and on August 13 Mr. Thompson also requested the keys to the Broken Arrow house and was denied and he still doesn’t know if Petitioner has vacated the Broken Arrow marital residence. He still has not been given the keys. The July 28, 2017 Minute Orderherein contemplates Mrs. Thompson leaving and moving to Stillwater and Mr. Thompson having possession of the marital residence and weekend visitation there. Petitioner's total lack of cooperation here has caused great financial hardship as Mr. Thompson must under the circumstances rent a hotel to have overnight visitation, 5. On June 28, 2017, a Judicial Order of Conduct was signed and entered. ON September 22, 2017, N.T. reported she and her sister M.T. both had been “grounded” from talking with their dad over the phone multiple times. Mrs. Thompson has also told N.T. having a relationship with or talking to her father is “messing up” Mrs. Thompson's court case. After each visitation the children are intensely browbeaten as to what took place, resulting in Mrs. Thompson being angry and the children upset. Then Mrs. Thompson tells the children they are upset due to even going on the visit in the first place with their father. N.T. reports that other sister M.T. and Petitioner refer to Mr. Thompson as a “tic-tac” which is a derogatory term with sexual implications. N.T. also reports she has been told by her mother the other children were brainwashed by Mr. ‘Thompson into hating their sister, M.T, and that Mr. Thompson “gaslighted” Mrs. Thompson. (Mental abuse designed to severely reduce another’s self-worth). The child did not initially know what that term meant. 6. On October 6, 2017 Mr. Thompson drove from Siloam Springs, Arkansas to Stillwater, Oklahoma. He provided the address for the hotel where they would have stayed, but was denied visitation. WHEREFORE, Respondent, Stephen Thompson, prays that the Petitioner, Deshona ‘Thompson, be cited and found in Contempt of this Court for the above willful and malicious actionswhich are contra to this Court's Orders, for Respondent's attorney fees and court costs, and for such other and further relief which the Court may deem equitable and just.
