Dear Sir,

This is to confirm that that the above society is registered under registration number
_______________________ dated ________________________ is the owner of the above land
pursuant to the conveyance dated ________________________ registered as document number
________________________.

We, hereby assure you that the said flat as well as, the land appurtenant there is not subject to amy
encumbrance, charge or liability of any kind and that the title to the entire property is free and
marketable and dues in respect there of have been paid up to date.

We say that Mr. / Mrs ________________________________________________ is/are a member(s) of

our Society and the Society has issued the Share Certificate No. _________ dated _________ bearing
No: From ____ to ____ in his/her favor in respect of the above referred flat, and that the society has
agreed to transfer the above flat to Mr./Mrs.
________________________________________________.

We say that no amount by way of society charge(s) or proportionate share of outgoing in respect of the
said flat are due and payable by the aforesaid member.

We have been informed by the said member that by and agreement for sale dated ______________
he/she/they has / have sold / agreed to sale the said flat to Mr./Mrs.
________________________________________________ for total consideration of Rs _____________
and the said agreement is registered with Sub Registrar of Assurances at ________ as document number
____________.

We have no objection to your giving a loan to Mr./Mrs.

________________________________________________ and his/her/their mortgaging the said flat
with you by way of security for repayment.

We confirm that we have made necessary entries in our books of record the charge of DHFL in respect
of the said flat and his/her/their mortgaging the said flat with you by way of security for repayment.
We say and undertake that the Society will not allow transfer/sale/mortgage of the said flat by the said
Mr/Mrs __________________________________ or permit to part or otherwise deal in whatsoever
manner to any third party till such time a NOC from you is submitted to us that the loan is repaid in full.

We say that the said share certificate pertaining to the said member will be transferred in the name of
Mr./Mrs _________________________________ on its submitting to the society in due course of time.
