the only current vs. power graph I could find was DrLava's 660nm diode roundup one
from forever ago. I made a current vs. power graph of the SF-AW210 650nm Red diode
but its slightly different than a LPC815...

You and your compilation threads!

Just kidding, this is a huge contribution, nice idea!

Do you intent to collect as much data on every invidual diode out there or are you
just interested in the "average" graph for each diode?

I want as much data as possible. I'll have an average curve plotted, but if "Safe"
and "Extreme" curves are needed I'll add them as well, but we should always go for
general purposes.

This thread is mainly for noobs and builders who may have forgotten something about
X diode (like operating voltage values) and so as to not go around looking for that
info, this is the place where all those values can be.

something about the sf-aw210 plot seems strange to me, surely you get more then

I'd really like to get the DATA from the graphs so I can make my own graphs. This
way every picture looks the same way and size, easier on the eyes, easier to
recognize.

If anyone has multiple excel files concerning the same diode, I'll take them and
combine them into one for this thread. PM me for email.
We ought to add the two different LG 8X diodes to the list.

We'll be obtaining lots of data on these real soon thanks to IgorT!

I believe the LPC-815 is 150mw CW, and 300mw Pulsed.. I think I read that from one
of IgorTs posts one time...

The "recommended" power of the PHR is 60mW. I'd put "safe" current at 120mA and
"enthusiast" current at 150mA. Talk to Dave about "maximum" operating current.

Good idea, by the way!

Yeah I have tons of excel files. I'll link them.

Most of my data is measured power over time at a constant current though. I'll
throw those up on here anyways.

By the way on all of my Excel data files I put a little "copyright HighTechDealZ",
so any other sellers please do not use my data for your sales. I don't mind having
the data here for informational purposes.

Can LPC's and LOC's really be driven up to 5000mA or is that supposed to be 500mA?
I noticed Kendall included a link to a graph of a 532nm module. If you're planning
on adding green modules the two I know of are O-like small and large modules and
SXD modules.
